I placed an online order for a single smoothie. I know they take a while to make so I thought it was smart to order ahead of time.I walked in, and the place was empty. Three people behind the counter, and it looked like someone was filling out a job application at a table. Not a single person said “hello” or “welcome” or anything like that!After standing there for two minutes by the online pick up area, a girl said, “what’s the name on the pick up?” and I gave her my name and she gave me my smoothie. No “thank you” or any other greeting. Hey managers! Train your employees to welcome your guest or your guest won’t come back.

Placed an order on line for pick up, order was confirmed said it would be ready for pick up. When i arrived to pick up the order the employee said "they can't make food" I asked for a refund or assurance I would not get charged and she could not do either. Several other times they just completely forget things and still charge for them. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Used to go here alot but it's extremely inconsistent, the one I got today seems like they blended it for 3 seconds, the straw is pointless. The boise juice co is my favorite now, I'm done wasting money here

Didn’t have the best experience here. Got a burrito that was supposed to have chicken in it but had beef instead? The burrito was smaller than usual and it didn’t seem like they put love into it. Also didn’t give me the chips I asked for as side. And had to wait over 15 mins

One of the best customer experiences here with Lily! She was working alone when my family and I ordered and she not only made us feel welcome, made us laugh, and made our day better, but she also got all four of our smoothies out in less than 5 minutes! It was a great experience and Tropical Smoothie in Eagle, as I have had some dissapointing ones in the past.

Don't order from here, the actual worst food. Twice now, I've gotten food here and it has been atrocious both times. This time I ordered a Baja Chicken wrap and when I opened it up it was a little lettuce and sauce.. THAT'S IT. Save your money, go somewhere else. (If I could give this zero stars I would).
Don't get flatbreads, you will be let down. Barely any flavor and it was lacking chicken

2.5 stars rounding up to be kind. I love the food at Tropical Smoothie. However, they’re service is terrible! I’ve waited longer here (typically 20-30 mins in the drive thru) than I have at any other fast food place in my life. They need more staff.

I waited 20 minutes out of my 30-minute break, in line to pick up my pickup order. I had ordered on the app ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait. My smoothie was melted by the time it was handed to me.
