The employees refused to take my order, kiosk order only

I would give it no stars if I could. The online hours were different restaurant closes at 10 pm and dri thru closes at 11. I show up at 1030 driving around the store and through the drive thru employees there but not saying we're closed. But as we left employees rolled out and asked them about store hours. They couldn't speak English or pretended not to. Anyway this is America we speak English as a first language not as a second. That's one of the qualifications that gets you into the United States legally.we have enough language barriers.

Bad Attitude, No Smile/Welcome, No Name Tags...so I can't tell you exactly who was rude....she did have a nose piercing.....anyways she didn't want to take our order and made us use the Self-Checkout/Kiosk....such a bummer!!!

Will the "manager" was extremely disrespectful. We have kids and rushed us to order before our children since they didn't know what they wanted. Apparently he was in a hurry. I was blown away. Will took our payment with attitude with a worse attitude than our order and shut the window. The gal at the window looked not surprised but embarrassed. Be ready for a healthy dose of little man syndrome as a side with your order

For the last week or more I been coming through drive thru between 7:20 - 7:45. And they’re always closed. I see a manager will come up to the window wave her finger like they’re closed. And when I do get to order the eggs around the edges are so hard. Which are not to be served like that. I just need clarification when exactly is Wendy’s open.

Ordered nuggets when I received them they were rock hard so I went back in hoping they could fixed it(they did) but after I had to wait for them to finish the conversation they were having, I even said excuse me and one of the girls looked at me and just kept talking to her

There was a blonde older lady taking our order through the drive through and she was short, impatient and mean. I came through with a group of friends and we were all trying to order and asked for a second to look at the menu. She was short with us and didn't even let us finish ordering. We just continued through the line and she through our bag at us and was very short. As we were driving off she made a face at us and laughing mockingly. I felt so disrespected as a customer but more as a human being. I work in customer service and under bad days and impatience but this was beyond that. We submitted a report through the customer service line but for future, i'd love everyone to know it's not worth your time to feel belittled, for soggy cold fries.

I would leave a negative ten on this place. Rolled up no cars through the drive through, even before they close they didn't take my order. They said welcome to windy's and that's it. Worst place to go get food. Any one who thinks this place is nice, should go to a mental asylum. All I wanted was two salads, I've worked there before, they got the salads packaged. Never come here ever. This place is run by crooks.

Holy cow, I've never been treated so rudely in my life at a fast food place. The lady at the window was seriously so irritated and rude that we had a decent sized order because we've got five kids in the car and we weren't immediately ready when we came up to the microphone. Wow.

Me and my family went up to order and after 30 seconds they got very impatient and after we were ready they were rude by saying "K!" after every thing we said then some people in the back were talking about how long it took us and how there was a line now as if they arent a fast food restauran. very disappointed as I go here frequently.

We love wendy's, however there's this woman that works there that told us that if we didn't stop giggling and being funny she wouldnt serve us. Made our party party cry because we "took too long to order". I don't feel like she should be serving if she's going to act like that.
