We LOVE Papa Murphys, but this location is a joke!I just called for a manager, NO manager on duty and NO ONE to call or email.Every time we've ordered it doesn't even come out, HOW I ORDERED IT.Someone needs to get a grip on these kids that are running the place.For reference:Date: 4.16.24Time called in: 5:15.Pizza: Not even CLOSE to what we ordered.

Waited a half hour until posted time on their website. Didn't open for another hour! Supposedly their website had been updated just a few weeks prior and was still wrong. Upsetting since we were going out of town and couldn't wait any longer.
I'm usually happy with papa Murphys. However one evening I went in with 15-20 minutes left until 8 pm to be open. As I walked in the young workers told me they were closed and they were finished cleaning up and putting stuff away. This is unacceptable.

If I could give these incompetent lazy idiots less than one star, I would. The teenagers that work evenings never answer the phone, they are lazy and unfriendly. They definitely need more training or they need to be fired!! Horrible

Normally I'm super happy with this place and unfortunately tonight was the exception. I asked for extra toppings on both pizzas as I always do and didn't get it like normal. Then I used my my slice rewards to get a cheesy bread and was told at first I didn't get my discount because of it then a manager came out and said with me already getting a discount and it being $12 Tuesday that no other offers were valid. Mind you I've purchased from here on Tuesday before and never been told my discount was invalid. Just a fluke of a bad experience I hope.

Service is great, everyone works hard to get your order ready and out. We just tried the Pap Murphy's Calzone. It leaves a LOT to be desired as there is minimal toppings and it is mostly crust. It was pre-made so I'm not sure if this is the norm or if this is what the standard amount of fillings are. I have also noticed a huge reduction in toppings on their pies since middle of last year. Not sure what happened, but we will be careful going forward. Used to love this place, but not anymore. Has this been true for all PM's or just this one?

We typically go to this location every Tuesday for their special. Lately the toppings have been it seems cut in half (50% of what they have been). We thought it was a fluke until it continued to happen and we heard from others they were having the same problem and were no longer going to patronize this location. Sad. Not sure if it's the management telling employees to cut back on toppings or the employees not measuring correctly, but what was once a pretty decent pizza now weighs next to nothing. Not even worth the $12 special price on Tuesdays.
