Great place to watch a show... not a bad seat in there. Get there early as parking is difficult to find on a busy weekend. The food and service were excellent!

Great venue for live music! Intimate atmosphere, good service. Varied menu, reasonable prices. Meatloaf was tasty, salmon was excellent, shrimp were small in the coconut shrimp & grits, but still good. Beet salad was huge!

Dietary restrictions: I managed to find 3 menu items that were low FODMOPS. The waitress was helpful. The band was amazing. The venue is really great.

Still love this venue for enjoying music because you can be guaranteed great seats if you get the preferred ones and choose online. I wish, however, that they would send their chef for training. Each time I go I hope that things have improved, but instead they just get worse, and rarely am I able to eat even half of what I've ordered because what's put in front of me is inedible.

My husband and I went to the New Years Eve dinner and entertainment with Dark Desert Highway. The entertainment was fantastic! The food was the worst we have ever had. Lukewarm food and not even sure what some of the food was. It was awful! We left hungry. For the price, I cannot believe what we were served! We love the entertainment, but will never order food again. Very disappointed!

We went to the early show on New Year’s Eve. Price for dinner and concert was approximately $150 per person. The venue and staff were great. The concert was A+ great (Dark Desert Highway). The food was not edible and was probably the worst meal we have ever been served. There were no appetizers, and when we asked if we could have some bread we were told “no” - bread wasn’t part of the prefixed meal. We were so hungry by the time our food arrived and then so disappointed about what we were being served. No one even asked if our food/meal was ok or we would have told them. Very disappointing. This was all after we ordered drinks and a $75 bottle of champagne. We’ve been to The Sapphire Room before and really enjoyed the venue and music. At this point, I don’t think we will ever go back.

My wife and I attended the 2023 New Years Eve Eagles tribute dinner show. I may attend future shows there (I like the venue and some of the musical acts that perform there) but I will never order a meal there again. Let me first say the band (Dark Desert Highway) was awesome- we were really impressed. But- the food was without a doubt the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant. We first tried to order a bottle of wine from the 5 reds listed on the menu. We asked for the Syrah. They were out. We then asked for the Malbec- also out. Finally settled for a red blend. What kind of business is out of wine on New Years Eve? Then our soup was served. Not terrible, but barely luke warm. We had pre-ordered tenderloin medallions as our main course. There were 4 little medallions of beef on the plate- also barely warm. What I thought were mashed potatoes must have been some other unrecognizable vegetable, as there were some sort of strings in them and the consistency was like partially dried Elmers glue. On top of the mystery vegetable was a large bone split down the middle. Where the marrow would have been was some sort of sauce and a few pearl onions. There were also a couple small roasted unseasoned carrots. As it turned out, the onions and carrots were the highlight of the meal. There was some other unrecognizable vegetable that looked like small charcoal bricks. I attempted to eat them, but still can't figure out what they were. For $150 per person, I certainly expected better.

Went to the New Year’s Eve Eagles Tribute band dinner. Food was just lousy; meat was dry and almost cold, less than two oz. Portion. Most of food on plate wasn’t hot. Dessert was OK. Band was just a local band of reasonable talent. I had expected for $150 a plate we were seeing a real touring tribute band. No apology offered to us for serving our dinner so late. One of the managers knew about it; she asked if we had preordered dinner. Even our waitress had our dinner choices on her list. Just an awful expensive evening.

Went to the New Year's Eve Eagles tribute band event. The servers forgot our table until we had to get a manager involved. we were then delivered a skimpy disheveled plate with less than two ounces of barely warm dry beef. a few veggies and an enormous split bone on the plate. None of our party was pleased; no one ate more than a few bites. The band was a local band; not a proper touring tribute show. For $150 a plate, you can get a lot more anywhere else.
