Excellent coffee, friendly service, and reasonably priced food options. “The Jordan” + sausage for less than $10 is far and away my favorite breakfast in Hailey.

I got my order wrong, an employee also yelled at me saying that I should've looked at my food before I grabbed.

I want to like this place and I gave it two attempts. The first, I waited 40 minutes for my one breakfast burrito and I'm 70% sure they gave it away to someone else while I was in line to ask after it. The second time, -might- just be because of how busy they are, but they had to push for people to do takeout because they were so full- good for them, their business is busy. However, when I opened the Make My Day Oatmeal it's a watery, cold soup. I think this place has amazing potential, the set up is awesome, the baked goods look delicious, maybe they are just suffering from the overwhelming number of customers.

In the heart of the Hailey, ID landscape, a hidden gem awaits those seeking an escape into a realm of enchantment – Hailey Coffee Co. This establishment is no mere café; it is an intricate tapestry of whimsy, meticulously woven with a poetic thread that speaks to the soul of its patrons.Stepping inside is akin to stepping into the pages of a beloved fairy tale. The interior exudes an aura of otherworldly charm, where rustic wooden beams coalesce with murals to create an ambiance that is both ethereal and grounded. It's as if the pages of a storybook have come alive, and one finds themselves sipping coffee amidst the verses of a poetic dream. However, the true enchantment doesn't lie solely in the décor. It's the conversations that dance like sonnets in the air, orchestrated by the warm and inviting staff. Each interaction is an invitation to camaraderie, and the atmosphere is more akin to a convivial gathering of old friends than a transaction at a counter.Allow me to turn my attention to the culinary masterpiece that is the Berry Blast smoothie. With a flourish of flavors that play upon the palate, it's a symphony of ripe berries and velvety yogurt that transports one straight to the peak of summer's embrace. Each sip is a brushstroke painting the canvas of taste, and it's a testament to the artistry that pervades every facet of Hailey Coffee Co.In conclusion, Hailey Coffee Co. is not just a coffee shop; it's an experience. A haven where the boundaries between reality and reverie blur, and where every detail, from the decor to the conversations, is meticulously curated to transport its patrons to a world of unbridled delight. It's a culinary and sensory journey that lingers in the memory, inviting us to return and be captivated once more by its enchanting embrace.

I was pretty happy initially coming to the hailey location over a year ago, but over several months, the service has been a bummer. I order a burrito and they consistently serve me the display one. I ask for a fresh one, and the service interaction becomes really awkward (although they maintain their friendliness, no one has been intentionally rude). I’ve also earned a few free drinks, and when I use them, they put it towards the least valued one- for example, I had bought several drinks and used a free one but they put it towards a two shot espresso with some cream. It’s not really worth coming here if i can get stale food and a dollar coffee from mcdonald’s just the same.

This is the most adorable coffee shop. Great food, great coffee, and amazing service in a casual, approachable environment. Whether hanging outside or in, it’s a great way to start your morning.

Best coffee in the WRV. I go every morning and get an iced Americano. The croissants, especially almond croissant, are incredible.

In the winter, this place seemed to be open limited hours, so I finally had a chance to try this place. We are staying at the Tamarack, and they offered a 15% off daily coupons..YeeHaw. The place opens at 7 am yay! The place was clean and organized and a staff member was cleaning the glass door as I walked in. The male Barista was top notch in knowledge of drinks and bakery items and espresso macchiato was made PERFECTLY. He is from Peru and I enjoyed chatting with him. I will be back tomorrow to enjoy another macchiato. For those that want to snap your fingers, to get a Americanized sugary 7$ drink...go to Starbucks.

pictures of food are not the same as description. everything is an add on. orders egg bagel picture had sausage on it. bagel was steamed not toasted. egg on a plain soggy bagel. ordered a gluten free dessert. awful. nobody spoke English. when I complained there comment was none of the pictures match the description. I said that was false and deceiving advertising. spent 25.00 and threw everything away. when you walk into shop it smells like burnt coffee.

Very cute spot, delicious scones, tasty cold brew coffee, nice staff, but the person working did not know how to put things in the register. Kept ringing things up wrong. My partner ordered a cold brew, which was good. I ordered a dirty chai with three shots of espresso, was charged for three shots of espresso, and was given a chai latte with no espresso. The place was so crowded and the line was long so I just left with it and called it a loss. Super bummed. Was really looking forward to that espresso.

The paleo pastries are the greatest in the world -- particularly the brownie. Holy cow.The coffee is the worst I've ever had. So ludicrously overburnt. Can you guys rename to the Hailey Paleo Co.?Or better yet... do something about the coffee! Burnt burnt burnt!

Funky little place with lots of little nooks to sit and enjoy a coffee, chat with a friend, do a deal or read a book. Delicious coffee drinks and friendly servers.

Coffee used to be fire (for the most part) and now it's just terrible. Just went and the girl was talking to a friend forever then made us a Kenya cup and it tastes like Luke warm milk.
