I'm a regular and have a good experience most of the time. However not all of the staff are friendly, morning crew is great. After noon and evening not as much.

Busy in-store Starbucks, tucked in the back corner of the grocery store. There is a street facing entrance on the SE corner of the Albertsons that puts you right in front of the Starbucks, this is the way to go if only wanting to make a Starbucks stop.This became a busy spot while I was there, lots of traffic but partners did a good job of keeping up with the spurt. You can tell it's a busy location, by 1030a the pastry and food case was nearly empty. Merch was in full stock! A small spot for sure, very limited and cramped tables and seating area. For the only Starbucks in Hailey, not bad at all.

The barista appeared unclean - long messy hair loosely tied back. He has a loud and overbearing voice and lacks professionalism. Then, when he opened a new bottle of heavy cream for my drink, instead of peeling off the foil of the unopened bottle, he poked something into the foil to break the seal and STUCK HIS THUMB INSIDE to press the foil against the sides of the bottle!!! I was too shocked to immediately react and just took my drink and threw it away and will never go back. He clearly lacks in training and if the Health Department ever saw what he did he would hopefully be fired. Buyer beware! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Horrible experience. As a bystander I witnessed Starbucks management yelling at their employees for closing 3 seconds before 7pm. The whole store turned to where the yelling was at. It made a tense and unpleasant shopping experience. Not very professional ?

Ladies working were very nice, the store and counters were clean and they double checked with me to make sure they were making my drinks correctly. Drinks are great, the girls were amazing! I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch and a mango dragon fruit with lemonade instead of water blended add strawberry purée and whipp. 10/10 would recommend the drinks and the store.
Very simple drinks, I paid for two ice-flavored caramel frappe drinks because they didn't taste like anything, only water, they only sell the name

To be specific Leslie is super rude every time and always seems to roll her eyes when a comment is made. Not sure if her eyes just get stuck back there. Don't work there if you cant be nice Leslie!
