So my last 3 visits to this location, and I can’t make this up, include… we are closed due to not receiving food, a 15 minute wait for a single burger combo and today a 12:10 after waiting in a line for 10 minutes being told that my chili dog couldn’t be made because the chili hadn’t thawed!

Being polite and cordial here is non existant. This is not only Dairy Queen but they are one of the worst. It ultimately falls on management but no one is welcoming or friendly. It is nasty when every thank you is treated as if you said nothing. The first step to fostering a good atmosphere and service is friendly behavior there is none of that here.

Dairy queen is close to home and the food is really good. It seems everyone there is younger and these kids work their butts off and for most of them it's their first job and honestly I think they do a great job . I always have quick friendly service. Blizzards are fabulous but the real food, burgers, fries, chicken, etc. It's all very good.

The management to the staff,they are super Courtesy,help you in giving you the right order every time,with fast,friendly service,the food is fresh & hot delicious and so is the blizzard ice cream is perfect too and absolutely is the cleanest place and so the bathrooms are so clean,you could basically eat off them,no joke…seriously ?????? ???That’s the truth,and i have never had a better experience in many years !!!My advice,go 4 it and will not regret it.Parking: There is right up,to the door parking and surrounding the building too.???P.S. drive through is fast and able to get in and out,with smiles with food ready to go at the window and able to eat outside with umbrella’s ,so perfect in any weather,so do it,it awesome place.Kid-friendliness: The staff treat kids,as if they where there own,very families friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s one level and with double doors outside and inside
