The good, I really like the San Francisco sandwiches. Even though their store is part of a gas station, it's really nice. Lots of room to eat and it feels like a nice place with a lot of options for snacks. The bad, service was horrendous. There were five people working, the casher was shouting to another coworker, how she made a mistake and gave guy a sandwich and a half by mistake all flirty like, then turn to us and was very short, not being helpful with our question, expecting us to know their drink were in other part of the gas station. Then swung her tips screen around for her 18% tip or more. Us being to nice, with the already rude service, gave a $3 tip. Then when my girlfriend wanted her cheese melted, she was given a lot of negative attitude again, while being scoffed at and reluctantly offered to have her sandwich remade. Note, that sandwich was just bread, roast beef, and cheese. Done with the appalling service, we decided to just leave and reheat the sandwich at home, while a few of the employees were whispering and giving angry looks. Just negative, unhelpful, ill-tempered service for no reason. They had plenty of employees, not busy, had already been tipped well for just making two sandwiches, and still couldn't be helpful or polite with a simple request.

This is the second time we have come through in our semi and wanted to order food and told they close in 30 min and no soup or no aujur for beef dip and didn't have any.We travel from Canada and thought it would be nice to have soup and salad and sandwich and could get it .It sure makes us think twice to stop here again.

5, except... what's with these bite-size cookies, 3 for a dollar? are these the real size? I'm confused. UPDATE 3/23/24 Creamy Potato? More like Watery NO POTATO AAAAAANNNDDDD BITE SIZED COOKIES...STILLL!!! JOKE!! Changing to 3 stars. Will adjust upon next visit...IF there is one...smh...sigh...25 bucks for 2-7 inch sandwiches and 2-12 oz sodas....REDICULOUS!!!

We are not from here. My husband stopped and got breakfast here and brought it home (apparently just as breakfast time was ending) He walked in, bought our family of 6 sandwiches, paid cash (was given no receipt) and brought it home. When he got home they sat down and begun to eat, but I hadn't yet. When I did, I realized that my sandwich was wrong (he had requested no mayo) so I decided to try and go back and get it replaced because I was excited to try this new place! When I did, I didn't know exactly what he had ordered because I had never been there before, but I explained and asked nicely for a replacement. They acted like I was stupid and a liar (as I'm holding their sandwich in their wrapper) They refused to do anything about it. So I don't get to eat breakfast today I guess. We will never be back!

The sandwiches at this Lancaster Market location used to be fantastic. The sandwiches looked the pics on the advertisement, loaded with meats and fillings. The last couple times we got sandwiches there, there's barely any meat on them. WHAT HAPPENED??? You used to be the best sandwich in town!!! These pics are of the Italian sandwich I just ordered. Terrible, Haha
They have maggots in bottom their garbage can right under where they make sandwiches! GROSS! It is true!!! I have photos and I'm not disgruntled I'm honest!!!!

Fresh made sandwiches so don't be in a rush, if you are go elsewhere. Staff is "usually" pretty good. I have learned to know exactly what you want on it and to to speak clearly or you get the eye roll lol. Sometimes, it's better to walk in than the drive thru
