Found this place by accident, and had no expectations, but the food was AMAZING. Fantastic belly bites (if you don't like spice, ask for the jalapeño on the side), and the sliders were over the top gourmet and divine. Service was also excellent. Enjoyed the music... Will be back again many times! Thank you!

I’m a regular here for the last year, the owners are native Idahoans, the atmosphere is laid back and family friendly. When the weather is good there’s a few tables out front to enjoy the sun. The fried chicken slider is delicious, the salads are classic, and the brisket grilled cheese is to die for. If you don’t like horseradish their aioli sauce on it is just as good! And the fries. DELICIOUS, perfectly seasoned fried potatoes. 10/10 recommend. The beer selection changes with the season and there is always something tasty available, from a good IPA, to a lager, to a Kolsch, to a cider. It’s a smaller establishment and family owned and operated, so expect to be treated like family and not a number, and treat them the same! Come here for a beer and a meal or a snack and good company!

Thirst Taphouse takes FOREVER to get food, and they keep the door open to breath in the "fresh" diesel exhaust from lifted trucks driving by, and gas fumes from the gas station right next door. Waited here for 40 minutes after ordering before they finally announced there is a "slow down" in the kitchen... an hour after ordering we still have no food. And only three other tables are occupied with three or less people on each....... Why wouldn't you tell a family traveling that there is going to be an extensive wait before letting them order and sit around? Terrible communication, horrible wait times. Avoid if you want food in any reasonable time frame.

We ordered our dinner, sat there waiting for over an hour, then the server seemed surprised that we had even placed an order. She sent us on our way to relieve the babysitter without ever having dinner. On top of that, the server was rude about the whole situation. Also, wrote the owner an email to address my bad experience and got no response. Do not recommend.

Food is great, place is clean and a very fun environment. Our daughter loves the trivia that is always on tv. BUT what makes this place phenomenal, is the service. These girls are SO much fun!! The blonde with bangs is the most amazing server and so entertaining. Totally caught myself dancing to the music like she was and getting caught up in her fabulous energy. We will continue coming in for the service alone. Everything else is a bonus.

We've only been to Thirst once but it definitely won't be the last. The staff are all super welcoming, the beer selection is awesome and the food is delicious. Hubby and I both left completely full and were already planning what we'll order at our next visit.
