We ordered here a while back and they forgot to make one of our pizzas. I wrote it off as a mistake.We returned tonight and the same thing happened.Two other families received their meals and left.We received our bread sticks but no pizza. When I inquired about or order several of the staff in the kitchen said " all they got was bread sticks" The manager corrected them and they made the pizza. Nobody said sorry, or accepted responsibility.How does this happen twice? It won't happen again. Lost our business. Its too bad because the pizza is good.

Way to expensive pizzas are way to small for what they charge literally crazy I'm from the east coast and for 20$ back east you really get a 28" plus for that price. Plus who tf puts cheddar cheese on a pizza?

We ordered a half pepperoni and half ham pizza. When the pizza came it was all ham. We didn't discover this mistake until after the delivery person had already left. We had placed our order around 5:30pm and was told it would be delivered around 7:30 pm. When we called to ask about the order not being correct. the night manager was extremely rude and refused to fix the order because the person (wendy) who took our order had input the information wrong and the manager (audra) refused to fix it. She told us it was not her problem that they had made it correctly and that the order had already been sent. She then hung up on us with is very unprofessional. We have been a customer for several years but due to the attitude we recieved we will no longer be using this Homedale company again. Negative reviews can hurt a company. One very unhappy customer.

This is my 22 dollar pizza...good thing I tipped 3 bucks. I know inflation is real but cmon ppl. 2.25/topping...was expecting a lil better than this. Next time I'll dr up a frozen pie from Costco.

It's unbelievable the lack of service. No reasonable establishment charges for a cup of water. Spent $53 on a couple pizzas and bread twists... then I was told it'll cost me almost $10 for 4 cups of water. This was a dine in order, using reusable plastic cups. Charging the same amount for water and soda is ridiculous! I really see that as price gouging. My family and I won't be ordering from Idaho Pizza again.

We come just about twice a month but there is a new shift leader named Audra and in all the years I have eaten hat this Idaho Pizza I have never been charged 2.38 per cup for water… this is just not good practice …water is now costing the same as a soda … I know each Idaho Pizza is individually owned and I think I need to take the drive to Caldwell where they don’t charge for water … and the shift leader treats people with respect

My teen son went in today to get a pizza. He had a coupon for a small pizza that he got from winning one of the summer reading drawings in Marsing. Everyone was nice and the service was super fast and the place was very clean. He says the pizza was one of the best he has had.
The kids making the pizza would not use plastic gloves while scratching their butts and picking their nose!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT THEIR!!!
I always get take out, The pizza is really good and I love the bread twists . I tried a few specialty pizzas there all good. I would recommend it.
