Just stopped here passing through... the food was Fantastic. Though it seemed to be lunch rush, wait time is longer than what you would expect for a taco truck. Would stop and eat here again.

we waited over 2 hours for our food at the Fourth of July Event, today! when we finally get our food, the beans were cold, the rice was way over cooked and just super disappointed.

We ordered a chicken taco plate and a pastor burrito. The food was good but not worth the 2 hour wait. We ordered the tacos with our cilantro and onion and the tacos came with cilantro and onions. The burrito had good flavor but was soggy and fell apart as I ate the burrito. I would have rated this higher had it not been for the 2 hour wait for our food. That being said I would give them another chance the next time we were driving through....if they weren't busy.

Trying to be cheap and hang out looking for junk food at the dollar store was thwarted by the amazing smells wafting from the the taco trailer. It was all I could do to not ask for one of each. In the end, me and the middle child got chicken tacos. Always a toss up, are we going to get stewed to death meat or tasteless chicken chunks that are tough as shoe leather. Not to be had here. The chicken had a perfect sear and caramelization with a good dose of seasoning. To our surprise, not only was the green salsa fresh, but there was a nice pile of caramelized onions and peppers right next to the tacos. What a welcome addition to the plate! They added a sweet flavor to the tacos when we plopped them on top and they compliment the slightly tangy green salsa. They have a lot on the menu, and they make it all from scratch so it isn't Rocket fast... But it was worth the wait. Great job!

You have to try their carne asada tacos! The meat is tender and tasty. Love their grilled onions and jalapeño. Truck looks clean, very friendly person working there. I recommend everyone drives by to give this food truck a try!

Tried their Al Pastor tacos for lunch and they were good. Fair price and portions all in all. Clean food truck and very professional in appearance. I say 4 star good because 1/4 mile away is El Polo Toro and their Al Pastor tacos are 5 star excellent. Good option either way and it's great to have these two in Middleton. Cheers!
