There ice cream is amazing, there drinks are immaculate, staff is kind, and the building is clean and welcoming. 100% recommend trying their peanut butter latte (iced)!!!!

Worst service. They seriously take 20+ mins to make a coffee.. maybe two.. and they help who they want first instead of who ordered 1st. This place is ran by children

Dear Management, I’m not sure what you think your business is worth but it’s loosing value on a daily basis. Your staff needs supervision, they don’t have the “moxie” to create a positive customer experience. My advice to you is to read the recent reviews and train your employees.

I would give them a 5 star but ever since a few months ago it takes forever! I sat in the drive threw for a half hour for 2 drinks and 2 scones. They still didn’t get our order right! Last time I came I watched them make my food with no gloves on. The cooks were touching everything then touching the food.

The kids working here didn't know what they were doing. Had a ask for menu, had to ask to take our order. Then one of the orders was French dip waited 20 minutes then they came said we don't have French dip. The food was cold ordered a cheese burger, got it No cheese, then a brought a piece of cheese, nothing on burger VERY DRY. Will never go again ?

The drinks we ordered were not even close to correct. Just simple drinks straight from the menu. Then the only two people working said they never made coffee and they were new. It was apparent there was nobody there who even knew what was actually on the menu and when I asked if they had a menu card to refer to they said they didn't know. Blended Frappuccino was not blended and almost clear and they dropped a stur straw into it after asking for a straw. Hot milkee way was room temperature and had a very noticeable powder texture.

I was really craving a soft serve ice cream cone. I Googled them and they were on the menu. I drove there and was told they don't have soft serve ice cream. The only other place in town with soft serve ice cream was closed on Monday.
