Not sure how I’ve lived in Idaho my whole life and never stopped here while visiting Idaho City but we finally did yesterday and it was great! The place is adorable and very clean. The ice cream was delicious and the girl who was working yesterday with the awesome red nails (didn’t catch her name) was super nice! We will definitely be back!
If you want what is easily the best ice cream in Idaho City, you better stop at Sarsaparilla! Between the classic and funky flavors, and the homemade waffle cones, you're bound to have a peak ice cream experience

The location is beautiful. If you have never visited Idaho City, I highly would recommend doing so with your next free Saturday. Its a beautiful drive and many fun activities; including Sarsaparilla Ice Cream Parlor.
