We walked from the Hilton Inn which is about a block down the street. Planning on having dinner with my daughter, grandchildren and great grand children. How do I explain racism and bigotry to my great grandchildren. I guess with the atmosphere of illegal immigrants flooding our coutry. We Native Americans were maybe profiled the wrong ethnicity. Especially when we walked up,and they evidently assumed who knows what. We were left sitting in the waiting area while parties larger than ours were seated after entering 10 -15 minutes after we arrived. After the 4th party was seated around us. We let the snooty hostess know we could be removed from her waiting list. Maybe Applebee's is that desperate for employees that they hire these kind of folks. There are some political appointees that will hear our story. And believe me that all the people we know from veterans to laborers will hear what Applebee's racial attitudes are. And if you want to be reminded of Selma, AL, just go to Applebee's. And if that's the attitudes in idaho, it's proably rampant in your organization nationwide. I'm embarrassed for your organization. And this business is right in the shadow of a latter day saint's temple. At 75 yrs old, I now have to explain people's racial attitudes to 2 young , totally innocent human beings who just wanted have supper. Their only crime was being brought to this place. Food was amazing. The server was kind and helpful and fast getting food to us. The only thing was the air conditioning was a little cold in the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The sides are good for kids and the food is good for kids.

I have been to this restraunt with my wife many times, as it's one of our favorite places to eat. This last time eating there, my wife and I experinced some issues afterwards later on in the evening. I called today and spoke with Andrea the GM of the store to explain my concerns. She was very willing to understand/listen, all while offering a fair resolution to said issues. Overall everytime we've been to this Applebee's, it's great food, and great service. I appreciate the one time we've had any problems, they worked with us to resolve them.
The fries were hot. The riblets and cheeseburger were hot and good. Jordan, our server, was really good and fast.

Decent food, just be warned that if you dine alone you won’t have the best service, I dined by myself on a slow night and was pretty neglected, it took 5 minutes just to greet me and get my drink order, but it did get better slowly throughout the night, great service any other time
