“I've never had a bad meal here. Service is always great. One of my favorite things about this place is that I've never seen a child in the separate bar section. I wish that I could say that about other places. Nice place for a date night.“
“super good food especially the madoo!but kinda odd through the drive thru, they give you their payment machine and you hold it and wait until they’re ready to take it back. feels awkward because my payment goes through then i’m holding their machine for another 5 min while my food gets made. otherwise love this place“
“Felt like BBQ today while visiting Idaho Falls. Tried Pitmaster. Food was amazing! Prices not bad for what we got. Very generous portions. My only complaint is the bathroom floors were very sticky. Also, we went later in the afternoon so after lunch rush. There were several tables that needed wiped down, and stacks of dirty dishes on top of garbage. 2 girls working. They were just standing around visiting in the back. Friendly though when I asked for ketchup for the fry's, and I also asked what the side sauce was in small cup they served with the meal. It was mayo and BBQ sauce. It was SO good for the fry's! So over all-I'd go back but employees should be on top of the cleaning instead of visiting in the back.“
“Usually I love this place however my food was not good this time I got a half rack wich was all fat and they forgot too put my sauses I ordered in the bag so I had too turn around and go back then I went back asked for my sause the lady only gave me one when I told her I ordered two and my green beans were cold when I first arrived all my items were sitting on front counter and I asked for someone too locate my order 5 mins later a lady came out and was like oh there's your order and then continued too bag it .idk if I will be going back too this place wich is sad cus It used too be my favorite“
“The absolute best BBQ I've ever had and that wasn't even the best part. Family owned company that treats you like family from the start. You can feel the love and joy surrounding their food and family. We will be making trips to IF just to see Loretta again.“
