Its a big area, lots of room inside had a chef salad (very good) the wife had the street tacos which she absolutely loved. All was good, great service (matt) took good care of us, very personable.....alttle disappointed that they had no soups or chilli. Great new area of Idaho Falls.

Our group arrived at 4:20. We were told that we would be sat in 20-30 minutes when a server was ready. We were not sat until 5:15 and then they came and told us our server wasn’t even clocking in until 5:30. Then the manager tried to lie saying we had called and told them our party would be there at 5:30, which was a total lie. Nobody called you. 5:45 rolls around and nobody has helped us so we all walked out. Great service guys ?? As a manager, you should at least keep us updated, not make us sit for over an hour, and not lie to cover your butt. This place has gone down hill.

Showed up at 4:15 pm there was only one couple "which is 2 people " in the whole place. Had a big group, they had us wait 1hr then seated us and stayed seated for another 1hr and no one even came to get drink order. At 6:20pm we ask how long there response. " oh there was a miscommunication" . They were glad we were leaving. Place not highly recommended.

We had a large group- 17 people. Tried to make a reservation but they do not take reservations. Let them know we were going to come in about 4:30. We had to wait an hour, they said our table was ready but needed a server, understandable. We were sat but continued to wait, no server, no drinks. Once talked to management and they could care less whether we stayed and were happy when we left. Horrible service

Wings were very overcooked, and the sauce (honey bbq) was more of a paste than a sauce. Service was alright and the restrooms were disgusting. Paper towels on the floor, garbages overflowing and floor was very wet.

The last three times we have come here, always to redem our birthday wings, we have had issues.Today I went to pick up our order, and waited at the take out area for about 10 minutes before I had to wave someone down to get our order. I had 4 employees look at me and walk away before that, with no acknowledgement.(it was 445pm and they were not busy)Then when I got our order they gave us all traditional wings instead of the boneless wings. Had to wait another chunk of time for them to correct the order.When I went to get the right order, the kid just said here you go and ran off. No apology or offer to give a coupon for the mistake. Nothing.On top of that, they give you these little baby pieces thinking that you'll be totally okay with spending your money on skimpy boneless wings. When my kids nuggest are bigger than my wings that's a little ridiculous.We are officially done going here. It just continues to go down hill in service everytime we go. Not worth my money.
