every single time i come here, they conveniently forgot 1-2 items and i have to make it a note to check the bag before i leave. not once, twice, but every single time. The quality of the food has gone down hill and same with the service. If i ask for a hamburger with NOTHING on it but CHEESE, why is there MAYO on HALF of the burger? I understand humans make mistakes but this is just a joke of a franchise and I would never recommend the burger king on Broadway. Horrible service, food, and memories.

I ordered the candied bacon whopper and a bacon whopper and got to normal whoppers. Normal fries were hot and good but my tots were warm at best. Chicken wraps are good.
This is not a fast food store, this is a slow food store, took me half an hour to get a burger after ordering.

I was hired by the hiring manager, my interview with the other managerres was a disaster. She did not look into my eyes, always squinting, and she lied to me evading my straight questions. So I did not get the job what was advertised.
I don't know if it's an on going issue at this location, but they were short staffed when I was there. The staff that was there, were working their hearts out! They were doing anything in their power to hurry the process. I did have to wait longer than you would expect, but their level of service and effort was like no other. So, please be patient with people, they are doing everything in THEIR power to give you a good experience.

They definitely weren't working as a team to get orders taken or cooked. They were more focused on drive thru while having a lot of customers inside ordering or waiting for there orders. When we finally got our order after at least 20 mins it was missing stuff we ordered. Employees were yelling at each other, one cashier was crying and it was a mess for sure.

Brandy blew me away I was in the bar area, what a great way to be hospitable, Brandy and her crew were great, if you're in the area I definitely had a delicious margarita and I had Classic sirloin with avocado. Perfect thanks!! I will be back soon.
