went through the drive through on sunday night with my husband and sister in law, we’ve all been bed ridden since. cannot stop throwing up, extreme diarrhea, body aches, basically every symptom of food poisoning. i really didn’t wanna blame it on this burger king but the fact that all three of us are suffering the same symptoms proves otherwise.

I’m sorry but when we show up and there’s no one there and 3 employees are just standing outside at the drive through.Then we order our food, takes 8 minutes to get with no one in line at all. And our food is soggy and cold, burnt buns burgers are dry as hell, fry’s cold.. why?? Can’t make it fresh..?You had no one in line! And why take 8 minutes for nasty cold burnt food..?Very disappointed will be not going to this Burger King again! Do better.

Husband went to the 17th Street location drive-thru to order the family lunch.After every single item ordered he was met with "IS THAT ALL?" second item "IS THAT ALL?" Third item "IS THAT ALL?" Fourth item "IS THAT ALL?" Fifth "IS THAT ALL?" ....this continued until we were finished ordering. She was begrudging and extremely rude. Certainly did not want to be there.I used to work at this location years ago and this was not an acceptable exchange between a customer and a service employee. I don't expect an over the top enthusias, but wow...beyond disappointing. Really need to do better. That... is... all.

I got a good deal on the app and decided to walk to this Burger King. I was not disappointed! The food was amazing and well-cooked.Parking: There is a big parking lot in front of the restaurant that can hold many cars.Kid-friendliness: I noticed that they have a big play place here, so I would say it's pretty kid-friendly.
Went to try the new Swiss and mushroom burger. The flavor was good but my burgers were cold. I didn't say anything because it was about 1- 1:30pm and way too busy for my comfort. So I just ate them and left. The burgers were also very small. I'm one of those who do not eat the bread, and for the price,I could not believe the tiny size. It's unfortunate, burger King used to be one of my favorite places. Seems like something happened to them after the pandemic. Absolutely not as good as it used to be I'm sorry to say. The cashier was very nice and patient with us. We can be difficult at times because of dietary restrictions.
