I had to ask for an onion ring order 3x to even get it included on my order, imagine what kind of person you have to be to not be capable of frying an onion ring order while you had no other customer ?get real. ? 1st time here, don’t recommend.

This BK was pretty gross. The entire place was filthy. I ordered a drink with my order, but I threw away the cup. The ice machine dispenser was caked with residue. It certainly has not been cleaned out recently; I can only imagine what the inside looks like. Sticky tabletops and countertops everywhere with drink spills, ketchup spatters, and gunk. You could see smudges on the wall behind the ordering counter. There was no other clientele, so the workers weren't busy. There is no reason they couldn't have been cleaning.

I was planning on giving 5 stars but not after this time. I've been going to this BK for a while and this is the 5th time the guy working the counter has mistaken my order. I specifically asked for no cheese and pickles on my whoppers and got both. I asked for fries with my combo and when catching they were onion rings at the restaurant he brings me another bag. I thought they would be fries but nope...more onion rings. I'm not happy and would love my money back. Please have a chat with your associate to pay attention to orders better. Imagine if I'd been allergic to pickles or cheese..associate is male with glasses and dark hair.

I stopped there for dinner at the South end Of Idaho Falls at Burger king. It's a quick in and out didn't take long. I love There onion rings.And it was convenient off. The I 15 exit.
