City bagels has a pretty wide variety of bagels that are all tasty. We enjoyed a few different kinds snd liked them all. However the coffee was terrible. Both of our lattes were some of the worst we have had.

New to the area. Craving a bagel and this place did not disappoint! I ordered the lox sandwich and it was yummy! Affordable, fast and such a cute little cafe right in downtown.Parking is a little tricky, but nothing crazy. Parking downtown is always a bit tough, so it was expected.I'll be back!

Rude, ignorant workers. They'll throw you to the back of the line if you order a bagel sandwich and it'll take 25 min or more plus more time to get your drinks so don't expect to get all your meals at once. Workers need a class on customer service. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Went in February 4th with a party of 6. It wasn’t too busy. We went in, we’re not greeted, girls had an attitude as it was our first time in and we didn’t know how to order. More people started coming in and my husband wanted a bagel sandwich, they literally sent him to the back of the line (a line of 7 people) everyone else had just ordered pastries. It took 20 minutes for him to get his sandwich and the girl taking his order was THROWING utensils in the sink as if we made her so angry for ordering a bagel sandwich just because more and more people were coming in. We got home, I called and asked for the manager or owners telephone number and requested they call me back but they did not. Here we are 2 weeks later and no return phone call.I called this morning and asked for the managers name and the response was “ummm why, is there a problem. I said “yes regarding an issue 2 weeks ago” she said “her name is Angie” and hung up on me. What an awful way to treat people, let alone on our first time in. I will never go back- awful customer service.

I don't come here often - for me, it's a special occasion sort of place. It's a pricier eatery, but the menu options, special dishes, desserts and drinks are sohooo worth it! The atmosphere is unique and cafe-esque. It's nestled in historical downtown Idaho Falls, within walking distance from all the must-see shops and attractions. Parking is hit and miss and it's not easy navigating all the one way streets - especially if you're visiting from out of town. Hands down, the best place to meet up for coffee and brunch with friends!Vegetarian options: I really like their quiches and sun-dried tomato bagel with garden veggie cream cheeseParking: It's located on a one way street surrounded by several small shops that all share street parking. You may need to circle the block a few times to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: They offer chair and booth seating, have high chairs available.

I really love this place. It is the jewel of downtown Idaho Falls located in a very charming old downtown building. The bagels are sublime and always fresh. A really fun place for a lunch date and it's very very inexpensive for the quality of food. I only gave four stars because although the pastry case is usually full and well presented, the freshness of the items can be hit or miss. Maybe they should have less selection so they can maintain freshness standards. The second reason for the four star rating is the poor staff seem so browbeaten by the domineering and oppressive owner. They do their best to be attentive and cheerful but you can easily feel the work environment is toxic for them. I just want to hug them and let them know they are wonderful.Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich is one of their best!

This place was outstanding! Such a cute building with additional lofted upstairs seating. Delicious options with freshness that you can taste. I tried the turkey cranberry sandwich and the strawberry honey almond. Orders come with a pickle spear and a small cupcake, such a great way to end the meal. It's been days and I'm still thinking about it! 100% reccomend.

This is genuinely the best bagel place I've ever been to. The ingredients are extremely fresh, the bagels are the perfect amount of crunchy and chewy inside, and you get a TON of bang for your buck. A bagel sandwich comes with a huge pickle spear, and a fresh cupcake (which was a little bit dry but perfectly complimented the rest of the meal). This is a MUST TRY in Idaho falls! The service was so fast! I hadn't even finished paying before my meal was out and ready for me, and that was during a Saturday lunch rush! Much love to this local business <3

Their fresh bagels are my favorite and remind me of bagels I have had in NYC. This is a great place to stop in at if you're downtown and want a quick bite to eat. The sandwiches are amazing.

The bagels were out of this world good!!!! The design and the inside is so cute, its a beautiful lay out and tastfully decorated. This will be my new favorite meeting place. I will have to say the three employees I interacted with kust have woke up grumpy or still asleep. Not of them seemed friendly or could muster a smile.
