Blizzard I ordered was horribly mixed. Wanted A chocolate Oreo and though I did get what I ordered all the Oreo crumbles and the chocolate sauce were in the first 15% of my cup. The other 85% was just vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed

Waited for 35 minutes for our dine in order, in a near empty dining room. It was just two meals, no ice cream, nothing crazy. When they brought us our order they forgot half of it, and it was all cold/room temp. They had been forgetting all the food orders on the counter and just doing ice cream and drive thru. Food didn’t even taste good for the price. Won’t be back.

My family and I ordered two large blizzards and a small for our daughter. There were no cars in front of us or behind us, but they had us park in an adjacent parking lot to wait for our ice cream. Which wasn't an issue. The issue was waiting over 10 minutes for melted ice cream and one of the large blizzards being filled only a little more than half way and none of them had lids.Truly a disappointment from such a classic name.

I ordered a cake online. I Went in to confirm it was placed.. 2 days after we had tried to call multiple times and without reaching anyone. This was also 2 days before the cake was needed. It was confirmed and I paid 7 dollars more than what the email said AND when I walked in, the phone was ringing and the person at the counter was playing on hood phone. I went into pick up the day of my daughter’s birthday. They hadn’t made my cake and then asked me if I could come get it a different day. I told them absolutely not. Then they told me that it would be ready 45 minutes later and I could come get it then. I picked up the poorest made cake I had EVER seen. I had special instructions of what I wanted the border color and writing to be. It was wrong. I also asked for only vanilla ice cream and there was chocolate ice cream in my cake. I am including pictures of the cake and what I asked for. If you really want an ice cream cake learn to make it yourself. They are rip offs and I refuse to ever use them again for the poor costumer service and the lack of attention to what the customer asked for.

I come here a LOT and I can say the food is always the same, but the service has SUCKED the last few years. Not sure what changed, but I am giving you 4 stars whereas before would have been 2. Keep working on it, there is a noticeable difference!
You are the worst place in town to get food from. So expensive and overpriced and their workers can NOT fulfill orders correctly. Told them they messed up my order through door dash because the bag was stapled shut yet did not contain all of our food. Then the manager said to remake the food, uhm sorry but no? I am not driving to pick up what should be a refund. You guys can NOT make decent food let alone make it right. Seriously keep the money I don't need a hand out from you lazy workers. YOUR CORPORATION CLEARLY NEEDS MY MONEY. Done for good with DQ. Have a great day.

Every visit is a disappointment. Here's your blizzard while we start to cook your order. So they are melted before we even walk out the door. Plus they are made wrong. All the goodies on the top 2 to 3 inches, the rest is just ice cream. This recent visit was no different. Gravy for the chicken strip meal was so thick you could eat it with a fork and the fries were cold. We placed an order for three meals and they gave them to us one at a time. Getting cold while waiting for the others. Do any adults work here? The only reason they are tolerated is because they are the only one around. If they had any competition, they would have no business!

Too slow. All I wanted to as a Blizzard. I pulled in at9:45 and was the third car in line. By 10:05 in had inched my my up to order. I was told they would be with me soon. At 10:15 I noticed that the car that had been ahead of me in line were still waiting for food. I announced my intention to leave before they offered to take my order. Wasting 1/2 without results was enough for me.
