They do sometimes mess up your order. So always double check your food. I've been here twice and so far it's been 50/50. The first time they got my order correct but the second time they got me something different. But the second time it was the wrong sandwich. I did not want to fuss so I just ate it but it was not very good at all. It just wasn't what I ordered.Dietary restrictions: Allergies restrictions are handled well, taken seriously and employees are very respectful. My bestie has major food allergies and we've never had to break out the epi pen.

Food is good when they make it correct.I will specifically ask for no pickles on my burger, and I get pickles every single time. I know I can just pick them off, but everything then has a pickle taste. Otherwise the fries and concrete are good

The store was too hot for me,thus the reason for the atmosphere rating. The food was quite tasty, I had a dbl stk bar and cheese curds. I totally loved the cheese curds would go back just for those ?. The service was really good and the food came out quite fast. The young lady who took our order was very patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions. It was my first time going to Freddys,so I had alot of questions. They can lettuce wrap any of the sandwiches but the do not offer salads.Vegetarian options: Few to no vegetarian options
