Usually pretty quick service through the drive through, have never actually been inside this restaurant, reliably consistent food quality. Prices have gone up but that's universal. Their current $10 deal is pretty decent, sandwich, two sides, and a drink. One of the side options is two tacos so it's a good amount of food with that and some seasoned curlies.

Just craving some tacos. Ended up with the tacos and a couple breakfast sandwiches and fries. Fries were very dark. Many clearly overcooked. They were warm but way too done for my liking and not typically this darker color. Made me wonder if overcooked or old fryer oil. Regardless, less than desirable. Pretty friendly cashier and quick service. Would prefer longer wait for better quality fries rather than speedier service.

I enjoy jack in the box most if the time. Love being able to order breakfast items whenever. A friend loves the tacos. The only negatives I can think of is the bathrooms are freezing cold,sitting on the toilet is like sitting on an ice cube,absolutely makes me gasp especially in the winter,I also think they could use some updating. My interaction with the staff has always been good with the exception of a few. The manager is a great guy.

There was a deal for a free Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich through T-mobile Tuesday. When the sandwich didn’t show up in the app, we went in to redeem the code but they said they were out of stock which is why it’s not on the app. However, on the app we can order the same sandwich but w/cheese. Or we could also order the sandwich in a combo but the code only works for just the sandwich. It seems like this Jack in the Box has removed the sandwich from the mobile app because of the deal. It has not been available all week in the app.

Once you have a fresh made burger and hot fresh fries at 6 am (which is a 5 star) any other time is a 4 because your burgers are over cooked and your fries taste reheated and/or limp.

I shouldn't be eating at these fast food joints, but I love the egg rolls. It's usually that and a drink. Their burgers are good too. I think Jack in the Box is the best fast food, around here anyway.

I recently did a doordash here the other day, I've been door dashing for 4+ years, a lot of places won't let you pick the order up through the drive thru, which I totally understand, however I've always picked up my door dash orders through the drive thru at this specific location. I pulled up and asked about the order and they told me I needed to come inside (again I have no problem going in) I specifically said "okay, that's not a problem, just by chance is there any way I could pick it up here cause I have a baby in the car) I would have been fine to go in, but I figured it was worth a shot where as I've never had a problem with this. Some guy gets on the intercom and is being extremely rude telling me there's no reason I need to be doing this when there lobby is open, he had a massive attitude and was rude when I just asked, I had no problem going in, I drove away and said there's no need to be an a-hole. I took my baby inside with me and he told me he was going to report me to my supervisor and that I know my contract with door dash, he was yelling at me (keep in mind, I haven't been able to get any words in and am crying while holding my 8 month old.) I tried to explain that I've never had this issue and I was just asking and he continued to yell saying he needed to verify my device and not to swear at him, I let him verify my device and told him I haven't been swearing at him, I said what I said while driving away because he was being rude, once again he continued to yell at me saying he wasn't and that I know my contract. The other works looked extremely uncomfortable and kept continuously apologizing to me. I have talked to door dash and will no longer being sent Jack in the box orders. If anyone knows the name of the older guy who may be a manager, I would love to know so I can report him to someone higher up, where as it's not okay to treat anyone like that, and especially to yell at someone while they have a baby in there hands. I'm sorry to the other works who had to witness this. I'm a very nice person and I will let anyone walk over me sadly, but this just wasn't okay.

Drive thru seemed to move fine. Front counter person was overwhelmed by the 4 customers he had to help over the 15 minutes I was there. My food was waiting on the warmer 5 minutes before he got it to me.
