As a Bertos connesiur it pains me to write this, but for Bertos options this isn't top tier in South Eastern Idaho. Supbar food quality for a Bertos, and the customer service at this one compared to others is quite disappointing. The last burrito I got there was rolled terribly, it was comparable to a triangle.

Service was horriable they have a 10 year old running the drive thru .. And we where told to go back around because they didn’t give us our full order and we where told it came with drinks and where not given drinks .. and the bacon was like chewing on rubber prices are through the roof and I got a bean and cheese barrito that was gritty like it had dirt in it .. not ever going back ...

When its done right, the food tastes great, but its become hit and miss - a consistency issue. Most of these inconsistencies I've overlooked (older ingredients, slightly burned shell), but the last time I went, I had chunks of fat in my meat, which I've never had before, and it was pretty gross. I think I'll be taking a break for a while.

There breakfast burritos use to be good, haven't got one in awhile and my husband brought me a ham breakfast burrito that consisted of ham,cheese and egg. No potatoes and i can't do it with out potatoes and was super salty. Will not recommend to anyone nowdays!

Have been going to this Restaurant for decades. However I whent in to get the Idaho burrito it was completely different, very little bacon, potatoes and a ton of processed cheese no real or very little fresh cheddar. I called to simply ask if they changed the recipe, guess what I got hung up on, tried calling back no answer. Maybe if they would have simply responded to me I'd go back. NO WAY, NO MORE

Very upset with this location we sat at the window for atleast 45 minutes waiting for a decent order. They have what looks to be a 14 year old kid working the drive thru window who clearly does not know what he is doing. Also we are missing items on our order. Then the kid starts to argue with us about our order. Extremely upset and will be calling the BBB on this issue with a child working in a restaurant. Will not be back to this location due to the lack of customer service and quality of staff.

No pride in their food any more. A year or so ago this was THE BEST Hispanic food in Idaho falls. Even beating out some of the food trucks. However recently quality has dipped IMMENSELY and they are GUARANTEED to get at least one thing on your order wrong every time (so far 3 out of my last 3 orders have been made wrong.) STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY BRING THE QUALITY AND SERVICE UP!!
This place has some awesome burritos, friendly staff. And affordable prices.

I love coming to Los Albertos in any location. However this location stands out. I feel bad because i always forget the ladies name who helps me, but I always get at like 3 am on the weekends a Steak Breakfast Burrito with Sour Cream & Guacamole. Best combo out there. Appreciate you guys who dont just feed the drunks at that hour haha, but the security team that looks after alot of people. We appreciate your hospitality and your food!
