All I can say is EW. I ordered food today and they told me to arrive 15 minutes after the call ended and I did. When I got there, the to go bags were filled with liquid and my plates had that liquid all over them. I ordered 4 tostadas and all 4 of the shells were completely mush. When I picked them up they fell apart and were very soggy and that was only 15 minutes after calling. I ordered shredded pork and I was given spicy pork. I asked to repeat the order multiple times and they said shredded pork each time. The food was cold like it was sitting out for at least 45 minutes or even in the fridge. I also ordered a super quesadilla with steak and the streak was hard, crunchy in most bites and dry, the chicken super quesadilla was also very dry, some of the worst meat I’ve ever had. The food was bland, not worth the amount of money I spent on all of it and it was the worst going out experience I’ve can say I have had. I will not return here ever again.

Best food in Idaho Falls! I've literally been eating at Los Panchos since I was in kindergarten, and the food has never changed and it's the most amazing food! I love the people who run it! My husband and I even went there on our wedding day because it's my favorite place in town! ❤️?
