We had a party of 6 yesterday evening and our server was great! He was a young very tall gentlemen. He was efficient, friendly and on top of all our needs. Food was great, service was stellar.

The server was nice and dealt with our larger family well. Tried really hard and was on top of everything. The food was not great. My husband ordered the tour of Italy along with 2 other people at the table. No one could eat the chicken parm as it was terrible. My husband fettuccine was so dry he didn't eat that either. The other folks that ordered fettuccine were better. My daughter had chicken and shrimp carbanara and I had chicken masala. Neither of us ate the chicken either. If no one at the table eats the chicken or wants to take it home it tells the restaurant it's not good and should rethink offering it. I know it's a chain but giving feedback to corporate would be smart. Every peice of chicken was not good, almost mushy tasting. I did try to take home and fix my chicken masala meals flavor. I got the sauce to taste better but still ended up throwing away the chicken as it wasn't edible. Maybe get your chicken from another vendor.

This is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in the Idaho Falls area! Servings are hefty and not overly expensive. Staff is always awesome. Atmosphere can get exciting at times but not overwhelming. So far, I've never waited to be seated. Sits right off the freeway and easy to access. The parking lot is very large and easy to find a spot.

I had a a mobile car side order, they accidentally messed up the food which is the first time I have had this happen ever, when I went back in the were very apologetic and very quick to fix it, all of them were very very kind and accommodating for a very minor error, food is super great as well, amazing employees and amazing food

Put in a order online to go pick up. Everything is done online down to tips. I'm not against tipping and tip very well to someone who is waiting on me in a restaurant. Little differently though when i go pick up. They had an advised tip on my order which was quit high for a pick up. Finalized my order and payed online. Had another go pick it up and he was hit up to add a tip and sign on a card and order that clearly didn't have his name on it. An extra charge to my card was added and not authorized by me. Not very good business practices. When your tip ends up being almost half what a pick up order is.

Olve Garden was exceptional! The service was really quick and got everything right. I loved the pasta fijole soup. We went last week for my daughter's birthday. They let her pick any desert off the menu and it was wonderful!

Food was REALLY bad. My Pasta was overcooked with burnt crispy edges and almost no sauce whatsoever. When I asked our server about it, she slightly laughed, and said that, ' the kitchen was busy and told the servers that since it's was Valentines day the customers would just have to understand " and when I asked if my food could be replaced, the server LITERALLY said that, ' if she returned & replaced our food it would take at least 30 minutes before we could get replacement meals " and the server said, " she can only do so much since she's new and it was her 1st day". My wife's Pasta was undercooked and our zuppa Toscana soup had almost no potatoes and had some type of burnt taste. My wife asked the server for a manager and said it would be, ' a few minutes ' and after waiting 10 minutes and STILL no manager, we paid our bill and left. I left a card at hostess station asking for a manager to call me back and days later- STILL no callback about our bad experience
