The high ceilings in this restaurant make it extremely loud, especially when it's busy. The tables are a bit wobbly which just boggles my mind, considering how easy it is to fix it. Prices are some of the best in town on good Mexican food. There is no wheelchair access at the main door, and I didn't see another entrance door anywhere. Overall, 9/10. Will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility at the front main entrance.

Only posting a review so others aren't misled by the other reviews for this restaurant claiming it has good food and service. In fairness I don't care about service in fast casual restaurants and the overall 2 star review is purely based on the food. Their queso is bland and flavorless as was the bean dip. The chips were stale and flavorless. The fajitas were shockingly bad as they are covered in a flavorless gravy substance, I think it might have been a concoction of chilies that are thickened but they totally lack flavor. The flour tortillas were not good, burnt and non pliable. The little bit of guacamole was fairly good. My daughter's had the chimichanga and a different dish they said was ok. The rice was the only thing that had any seasonings. As for the service it seems as though everyone is working independently. Drinks were not refilled, no silverware or napkins with the chips or dips. My daughter's plate could not have been more chipped without maintaining a somewhat oval shape. Clearing plates took forever and no one came to collect the payment, leaving us to pay via a QR code?Maybe it was a bad night but there has to be better Mexican food in the area because this was not good. At all. I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews because the restaurant industry is tough, but we were misled by the reviews and should have eaten somewhere else if any of these issues had been known.

I went to Pachangas with my wife and mother for my birthday dinner. The dining area was large enough to accommodate a large number of guests. The lighting was a little dark, but in a good way. I ordered the lobster enchiladas, and they were top-notch. Since it was my birthday, I also ordered a margarita. The staff came over and put a sombrero on my head and sang to me. They made it a birthday to remember. The staff speaks Spanish.Vegetarian options: Good rice and beans

Liked the place, but the nachos were subpar. At a touted Mexican joint such as Pachanga’s, having nachos that didn’t live up is disappointing.

I've been here twice with my wife over the last several months and I have to say they have some of the best fajitas in town! Each time I've gone the veggies have been perfectly sautéed so as to not be mushy. My meal was incredible each time. Salsa has great depth and flavor! We are both huge fans of the mango cart beer with the seasoning on the glass!I have to knock it down a star though because my wife is a vegetarian and each time we went she got a cheese enchilada and the cheese inside was not melted. We're talking stringy cold un-melted . Each time we were in enough of a hurry and they were busy enough she chose not to say anything, but the fact that it happened exactly the same several months apart means it might not have been a fluke. While Pachangas is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in town now, my wife would disagree due to her last two experiences. She would also like to request a veggie enchilada be put on the menu, because right now it's limited to meat or cheese. Many other Mexican restaurants in town do offer veggie enchiladas and while Pachangas would be my first pick I may be overruled in the future. Please get this fixed so I can make it the #1 for both of us!

The fajitas here are some of the best I’ve ever had!! Couldn’t decide if I wanted steak or chicken, so I had a mix of both. In the future I’d probably go with just steak. These fajitas were uniquely seasoned unlike any others and it was SO delicious!!!! Not sure what all this place has to offer but I’d go back just to get this fajitas again. Service was friendly and helpful. Great place to eat with family and friends.

We ordered to go, food was very salty. Don't know about the service or ambiance. Having lived in Mexico, the food we ordered was not near as good. Would not recommend.
