I’m so sorry for not ordering at the menu outside. I promise I will next time. I thought it was broken because there was no recording and no one said anything. Again, I’m so, so incredibly sorry. I know it’s such an inconvenience for you to take orders at the drive through window and I didn’t intend to be an annoyance. I offer my sincere apologies. i had gone through the drive thru and order and LARGE ORDER OF RANGOONS i clearly said it and she repeated the order back to be i then didn’t get a receipt and was charged for it went back through the drive thru because my food was missing, the lady then gave me attitude and told me in a very mean sassy tone “i can’t give you your food i don’t care if it was payed for if you don’t have a receipt i can’t give you jt”
