Did a quick stop here.. saw pickle and rootbeer sign i couldnt not resist.. i had the best rootbeer here and had the special of the day a tuna melt with a pickle.. worth it ..it was fresh and delicious would definaly stop by here when i go back .. ty

Just made it here for the first time and every person in the place made a point to have a conversation with us. Sat down with my corned beef sandwich and one bite transported me right back to NY. It is the best sandwich I have had in Idaho Falls. Will be going back for sure!

Delicious knishes and all the other food we tried. Seemed short staffed but the guys worked hard to fill orders quickly. My only complaint is that they only had 1 black and white cookie left today.

Pretty good authentic New York style sandwiches and pickles. I had the pastrami sandwich. It was really really lean and very good. The pickle was really good and authentic New York as well. Really good food and the staff was super nice as well. They lose a star for only having $2 canned soda. No fountain drinks.

This deli was spot on good!!!! Potato salad was lights out the best potato salad I've ever had!!! Pastrami sando and grilled turkey panini were very very good. The staff/owner were extremely friendly and the establishment was very welcoming and clean. If traveling thru IF and hunger strikes this is the go to place!
Best pastrami ever, period. Parking is a pain, but well worth the effort. Mounds of hot house smoked pastrami or brisket on the sandwiches of your choice.

This is a neat little deli in downtown Idaho Falls. I came in with my wife on a sunny Thursday afternoon. The lunch time crowd was minimal. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a pickle. I also ordered a box of water. Make sure you shake the box of water before you open it as the dihydrogen tends to settle at the bottom. The grilled cheese sandwich is actually a half sandwich. It came with a pickle. The cheese in the sandwich is very good. And the sourdough was crispy and buttery. This grilled cheese sandwich will not fill you up, but it will hit the spot. Give it a try if you want to have a smaller lunch to tide you over until dinner.
