My husband likes going here for lunch, so decided to try it out for dinner w/friends last night. Our order consisted of pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with fries. Its the perfect amount for the price. The fries are definetely our favorite. Will be back again.

Why is it so hard to find good bbq in southeast Idaho?! Went to Pitmaster BBQ in IF tonight and we were not thrilled. Not only did it take over 20 minutes for our food, but it was very average at best. Ishould have got the clue when we walked in by how few people were there. The guy at the register didn't greet us at all and hardly recognized we were there. My son had a burger, was supposed to be one of their popular ones, with onion rings. Onion rings were an up grade as well..... he got 6 small onion rings. I had Robs favorite, I think that's what it was called. Tasted okay but has about 2oz of brisket on it. My wife said her burger was dry. Then the soda machine went out of service so our drinks were 1 and done. With our food, we got a portion cup with sauce and something white blob in it? Not sure what it was. I would rate it a 2 out of 5.

Half of our order was not delivered. No salad dressing for the salads was not included. My grandson said how burger was awful and only took a couple of bites. When I called to complain I was told I could come pick it up... point of having it delivered was so we didn't have to leave our hotel room.

Ordered the 3 meat meal. Chicken, brisket, and pork. We've eaten here for many years. Previously you were offered 1/4 chicken as an option which was amazing. Now it is a shredded chicken which is consistently horrible. Dry, tough, and flavorless. What at one time was a portion of the meal looked forward to I now will never order again. Rotisserie chicken from Sam's is better.

Sandwich was kinda dry but the service was wonderful. Their cornbread is was super dense but the BBQ sauce is top notch. Overall pretty good place for food!

Don’t waste your money here. This place has gone downhill. Used to have good bbq and now it taste like day old meat. Ordered the three meat combo and got two small squares of brisket and two pencil thin ribs and a tiny little pile of pork. So pathetic with how much it costs. Definetely not coming back here. Better bbq places in town.

My family traveled to Idaho Falls from Utah and came across Pitmaster BarBQue Co. It was our first time here and Porter was very helpful and attentive to us. He helped us order some DELICIOUS food and brought all the sauces to our table outside so we could try them! Thank you Porter! :) I highly recommend!

We tried three different meats, they were all dried out and I would guess were from the day before. Corn bread was good but again cold and not fresh. Good thing the bbq sause is good because we had to use a lot of it! The pig candy was like over salted jerky and we couldn't eat it.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch while visiting the area. My brisket sandwich was very good and my husband enjoyed his pulled pork. You place your order at the counter and the staff brings it to your table. The service was good and the prices fair.

I liked this place when my old boss took me here. That is why I went back. This time I had lunch with my Dad. The brisket was dry. Maybe it was old leftovers or it was originally overcooked...one of the two. Cornbread was cold. Ribs were ok. Mac and cheese was decent. It wasn't nearly as good as when I went the first two times. I don't know why it has gone down hill. Before I remember it being busy. When we walked in this time, no one was there. Ya better fix it before it is too late.

Great service, and very clean. I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but our experience was definitely a positive one! Next time we will have to take pictures, but we forgot this time. The fries are absolutely delicious, and the mac n cheese was another awesome side. The hawga changa was very unique and the ideal combo of crunchy, soft, and saucy. We also had the brisket and the chicken, and both were great. We loved the cornbread! The young man who brought out our food checked back with us to make sure everything was up to snuff too. We will definitely be visiting here again when we have a hankering for satisfyingly smoked goodness.

Great food! Enjoyed the pork and my wife enjoyed the Idaho nachos. We really enjoyed our time. Happened to come in and was the only ones in the store so that was great! Customer service was friendly. One younger gentlemen was frequently on his phone while at the register while we were deciding. Not very professional. The food is great but its not the best BBQ in the area. They have a signature sauce that's also good but again not the best in town.

I was very disappointed in my last two orders. My order is the same each time of the 3 pork ribs. One time the sides were left out and my ribs were the end ribs and very small. Yesterday my order of three ribs was basically one good rib with two very small bones and the ribs were very dry with very little meat and little sauce. For the price of $11.99, I would expect more. There are many other places to get great pork ribs in town and I will give them my business from now on.
