Screwed up my order like always and trying to get it corrected is a bunch of ridiculousness. Never ended up getting my pizza. The call center they transfer you too is useless. Pizza Hut never fails to mess up my order every thing! If I could give them negative stars I would!

Ordered online at 4pm for 6pm delivery. It is now 7:30pm. Tried calling no one picks up. Called customer service and informed only 1 delivery driver and a sorry for that and got hung up on that too. Answer your phone and explain!!! I shouldn't have to wait almost 2 hours for kids dinner. That is ridiculous and thought I'd give this place another try. Don't order here if that's your dinner plans.

This team has earned a shout out! While a mistake was made, this team went over and above to make sure that the delivery order was made right for the customer. Despite being short staffed they did not waver and continued to address the issue until is was resolved. A special thanks to Rob, the delivery driver who took up the mantle of responsibility and made the concern his problem to resolve. Mistakes in life happen, how the mistake is resolved is often the detail that reveals the character of the employees and the team. I order a pizza they messed up I called back they hung up I had to call the district manger and have them order it to the store for me. Because the workers wouldn’t answer after they told me the pizza was right and hung up. The pizza the district manger ordered for me showed up by same delivery driver and my pizza was destroyed to a point only one or two slices were edible. The service provided by the employees were very young and immature but the district manger and Pizza Hut business tried to provide good service.

I've never actually said that I was disappointed in pizza, I mean it's pizza right. But this was the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza joint in my life. I ordered a thin crust that was delivered as thick as a regular crust but it wasn't crisp ot was floppy and rather gross.It took them an hour and a half to deliver my 2 pizzas. It's not like I live across town or even a mile away. I love directly across the street in an apartment complex and it still took forever. I could have ordered from 2 other places and had them make something and deliver it by the time I got these cold flavorless pizzas. I'll go just about anywhere else before I do pizza hut again.

For a chain restaurant this pizza is great. Food is always good, order is done when they say it will be done, and the service is usually pretty friendly.

I ordered a carryout order for $30.73 including tax. But for some reason my card was charged $36.88. I specifically made sure there was no tip involved due to no waitresses or waiters were involved and I was picking it up. So why the extra amount? I called customer service and they said someone would be in contact with me in 1 to 3 business days. If they remove the hidden charge I would appreciate it. If they do I will change my rating for them.

Great pizza and wings. I've had a few issues with my orders but we're all human and it happens from time to time. They've always been willing to fix it. With that said I'd still recommend them.

I think the pizza from this location vary's depending on who is working. Got pizzas 2 weeks ago and 1 pizza was way under-done. Pizza Hut offered me 3 pizzas to make it right. Ordered again and they came hot and done correctly.

Decided to order pizza hut for my birthday...unfortunately, it was rather disappointing. The crust had not risen enough and was flat, dry and hard (not to mention, the pizza was ice cold by the time it reached us. This location apparently outsourced to doordash, so the pizza was not insulated during delivery). The flavor of the pizza toppings was normal, but we exclusively order from pizza hut because we like their crust. Ended up throwing it away because it was too difficult to chew through the hard crust. Unsure if I'd order from this location again...
Friendly staff, food was cooked in a timely manner, and tasted great. Would recommend!
