This is the location that had a fire a few years ago and has been closed since. The open one is on 17th, down the road.

It's completely shut down due to kitchen fire...sucks. I like sonic, it was a great location too.

The chicken wrap was cold. It is a few chicken "nuggets" with lettuce in a plain flour tortilla. French fries are yuk. The chocolate milkshake was good. Don't eat there. Horrible to be handed cold food and nothing and I mean nothing like the pictures on their menu.

Placed our order and 45 min later no order. Called the order person. They had forgotten our order. The worst fast place to get your food. Never again!

One of your locations is awful. The GM is horrible. Does not know how to treat employees or customers. She got mad because they forgot my food and I went and knocked on the door (didn’t want to be rude and walk in) and she yelled at me. Never again will i go to a sonic. Awful. I also heard her yelling at the employee because “you can’t wear a sweater”. If she is cold. She should wear a sweater. No one cares about what you wear. They just want there food fast and good. Also … just because someone wants some extra sauce does not mean they she be up charged 3$.

I won't go there anymore. I really liked allot of things in the beginning. But now (even before COVID) the service is and always has been extremely slow. The food is not good. And I'm sure they do not change the oil in the fryers. I know because you can taste it in the food. I hope that this place is just an example of poor management and not a representation of the company. I won't know that until I travel to a place that is not owned by the same person in my town.

I keep telling the hop I wanted 2 1.99 mini shakes she had to get the manage she keep saying there was no shake for 1.99 Then she forgot our drinks and the kids food.when I mentioned it she said did you pay for it and tell the manager. Well of course I did. She took forever and no people there.

I wanted to put a couple less stars but I kind of feel bad you can tell they were very short-staffed but it did take about 20 minutes for two double cheeseburgers my grandpa was very happy with this food so I can't complain too much

The service was punctual but all of the food we ordered was cold and poorly made with the incorrect ingredients. The premium burrito, with veggies, had one slice of tomato and a handful of onions and jalapeños with very little cheese. Very disappointed.
