Wanted to use my buy one footlong get the second free coupon. I ordered their Great Garlic and their Ultimate Meatball Sub. Upon arrival home after picking up my sandwhiches my one of those sandwhiches was only 6 inches long and the other had roast beef in place of the chicken. As advertised on the menu. I called my subway and they told me to keep the sandwhiches but that they can remake my sandwhiches and I could go pick them up. I did just that. Later that night as I’m enjoying my remade sandwhich I realize it was the wrong sandwhich, again. I managed to get 4 sandwhiches for the price of one and I enjoyed all 4 feet of those deliciously messed up sandwhiches. FIVE STARS!P.S. Who runs this place? ?

Went in with my wife and kids last night and it was a painful experience. The kid working the counter was so high he messed up all of our sandwiches multiple times. I had to correct him numerous times. He started making my kids turkey sandwich by putting rotisserie chicken on it. I asked for parmesan cheese on my sons meatball sub and he dumped a handful of shredded cheese on it. He told me he didn't know how to make a spicy Italian and I had to tell him how to make it. I asked for banana peppers on it and he puts green peppers on. Please fire that useless punk and get some better help. Food was not great either. Cold toasted sandwiches and very little meat. This is the worst location I've been to.

I have waited to share my experience in hopes the issue would be resolved, but no such luck, so, here I am sharing my experience with everyone else.August 4th I ordered some food from here on the Subway app, which sent the order to DoorDash (I do not have a DoorDash account). My meals both arrived without a drink. There was no way to request a refund on the items within the Subway app, so I called the store to ask what they could do. I was ‘helped’ by a young adult who was incredibly rude and informed me it wasn’t their problem, too bad so sad and then they hung up on me. I was not able to leave the house at that time so I was out the money. No big deal, but I was bothered by the ‘service’ I received from the employee. I submitted a feedback form on the website and was contacted by the owner, Mike Manwill, the next day. He offered to mail some coupons for drink vouchers if I would just send him my address. I responded to his email within 15 minutes, thankful for the resolution. I have seen nothing in the mail and have followed up via email multiple times with no response. I’m hoping that this will either prompt a response with some real action, or at least warn others to reconsider purchasing from here.

I have to be honest, Subway isn’t what it once was. Typically you won’t find too many people here. If you’re looking for a good sandwich or even great customer service, this isn’t the ideal place. After a few years hiatus, I decided to try it out again just to see how it was. Quality has gone down. The people who work here might have both been having a very bad day, or, they just don’t care. I’m leaning to the latter. While the breakfast sandwich I ordered kept away the hunger pangs, it was okay at best. They had to defrost most of my sandwich when making it. It certainly wasn’t fresh. I think the part that made the experience here today worse than necessary was how much it left like I was an inconvenience to the employees who were more busy with social media and I was interrupting. It may be some time before I’m willing to come back, sadly…

The guy who helped me was very polite and helpful, I am on oxygen, carrying around a big tank and plus a have a catheter tube and so I have my hands full most of the time, but he was very helpful with getting me my stuff and even went out of his way to restock some of the chips and cheese for me. I don't get why people don't like Subway... the food was also delicious. The only complaint I have is that he put too much ranch on my sandwich. Next time, I'll ask for them to go easy on the sauce.

Used to be excellent but recently whenever you order multiple sandwiches they make the base sandwich you ask for but use all the same toppings and sauces as one of the sandwiches you ordered. Not a 3rd party issue either since this happens whenever we use the drive thru and has happened multiple times now

Tried using the buy 1 get 1 footlong promo using the app. When I tried to checkout it wouldn't let me. I went into the restaurant and was basically ignored when I asked about the problem. The staff didn't put forth any effort to help me out when I showed them my predicament. The mobile order app is trash. I understand that it isn't the staffs fault but the lack of effort to try and make things right speaks volumes. Subway will no longer recieve my business anymore

The preparer commented on the sandwich I picked. Said he thought it was top of his list. I thought the flavor and contents were excellent. The preparer also recommended a special vinegarett sauce. Excellent.I paid d with a gift card and had no problem.Give the man a raise!!!

Ordered 2 subway sandwiches for dinner through doordash. One ham and cheese melt, one Italian BMT with all the toppings.My ham and cheese "melt" came cold and not grilled at all, and my BMT came literally dry and naked, none of the toppings or dressings I ordered! Doordash couldn't even get ahold of them to redeliver, so they had to just refund.Thanks a lot Subway. Now I have to wait another hour for another delivery from a different restaurant.

The girl that was working the Night Shift at 8:34 oct 15 2022 we sat in the drive thru for 20 mins when we'd drove to the window she was right there and she gave nasty aditude I will not tolerate this anymore subway is trash won't be going back here again and will be letting outhers know
