This subway is exceptional. I went to this location because a friend had recommended it to me. Sandy, who helped prepare my order, is the best and knows how to offer great customer service! All the staff here were so kind. I came in with several orders for coworkers and they were efficient and helped me get just the right sandwiches for me and my coworkers. This location definitely stands out among a lot of the local subways.

We ordered three sandwiches with three chips. When I got the order home the chips were missing. I returned to the store and showed my receipt to the man at the counter. He refused to give us the chips we paid for.

Mexicali sandwich was not made as advertised. Says Avocado slices on menu board. Associate put less than a teaspoon of guacamole on the bread. Prices have gone up and I realize that they must, but don't be stingy with ingredients. Dude acted clueless. Paid way too much for an inferior sandwich and will not be back. Used to go to the Utah St location all the time.

Today 7/27/23 around 1220pm or close to 1pm 4 of my co-workerd agreed to order subway for our lunch. Unfortunately we ordered from drive-thru and at the moment my friend 1 of my co-worker was going to order she realized that they were teenagers on serving line. She order the 5 sandwiches and she had a feeling that we were not going to get our order right just because when she was done ordering the person on register ask her again what she had order. So, she said to that person. You want me to repeat myself again? So anyway when she came back she said I hope our order is right. As soon as she told me that I checked my sandwich and I told her. Nope my sandwich is not even what we order. So since we were at work and hungry Ii ate my sandwich and told her hopefully your sandwich is what you order. We were all really disappointed and not satisfied with anything from channing way subway.I called in to let them know all the dissatisfaction and I ask if manager was around and the female said no but how can I help you so she said she was the chief in charge at the moment. Well I started telling her everything and she told me she couldn't help me in any way that she was sorry. She even told me that some people state the same things as I did so they can get free sandwiches. So i told her if i paid for my sandwiches that means I don't want them for free right. She said I'm sorry can't help you or we can't refund you. Bad tactic. I Won't ever go to that subway on channing way again. Never had No one doubting about me. I just wanted to get my order right. Don't recommend.

- 10 star if possible. I went through the drive through while running some errands on my lunch break. The had terrible service, ordered a simple turkey sandwich and got a shit ton of onions on my sandwich which I did not order. I called the store once I got back to my office and asked for a refund. Shift lead was not helpful and needed to reach out to the manager to issue a refund which later they said they could not do over the phone and would send me a free sandwich coupon in the mail. Yeah I am super annoyed about the incompetence of the staff and just the terrible service in general. And based on the other reviews of this store I am sorry that I didn't look before I went and wasted my time and money for a 11.00 sandwich not prepared correctly.
