I got a couple tacos and a crunchwrap. I waited over an hour and a half for my order and when I finally got it my crispy Taco was so sweaty because it was put between tacos, that the shell was literally a soft mush that fell apart.it was gross! Taco bell really needs to get it together.

I picked up 2 orders for doordash and it took 30min. There was only one other order that came through the drive through. Staff was very un professional. I'm sure the customers loved their cold food.
This location sets a new low bar for Taco Bell. They consistently mess up orders. They're out of critical ingredients with astounding frequency. No one goes to Taco Bell expecting phenomenal quality. But it's consistently good enough. Generally. With the remarkable exception of this franchisee. I didn't think it was possible to make Taco Bell totally inedible, but this location managed to do it.

The food is typical. That is, in the event you get what you order. I have been in 2 times in a row and not gotten what I've ordered. The fist time, I recieved 1 of 5 beverages I ordered on doordash. The second time, they couldn't make a chalupa for my cravings box but would exchange it for any other item. I got a burrito instead. I got my order and was missing the main entree of my cravings box and didn't get my side either. Also, the mango fiesta was about 16x too strong. (Bad syrup mix) all I was offered for all of this was one free individual item of my choosing. Pretty upset with the bells in the falls.

My friends and I love taco bell it's great for a late night snack. Although I did have one incident when I had gone about 30 mins before closing. (I didn't realize that at the time otherwise I wouldn't have gone so close to closing) I pulled up to the drive through and the came over the speaker and told me to hold on and then proceeded to turn off all the drive through lights and menu lights. I sat there for a second confused before a different person came on the speaker and apologized. It was unprofessional in my opinion. I would have been happy if they had just told me they were close to closing the store and had stuff cleaned up already. They ended up taking my small order.
We had been running around all night after work and wanted a quick dinner. We stopped and placed our order. They were literally out of everything we had ordered (or so they said) will definitely not be going back to this location.

Most likely the worst taco bell I've been to. Many complaints. First of all, I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and the lettuce was wilted, and the tostada was mushy. Secondly, I asked for my beefy 5-layer burrito grilled on the app and when I got my food, it was definitely NOT grilled. Also, when I got to the restaurant I saw an elderly couple about to order at the counter and were told to use the kiosks. What kind of fast food restaurant requires use of the kiosks? And might I add the touchscreens and card readers on those things were extremely filthy. Just like the rest of the restaurant. I'm glad that I had such a terrible experience here so I can confidently visit the other taco bell near the edwards theater. DO NOT visit this restaurant. It is filthy, has terrible food, and the employees are rude. Also, I ordered some mild sauce packets with my food and they didn't provide ANY.
