The food was delicious. The gentleman that took our order was very thorough and informative, we tend to be difficult with our ordering because of dietary restrictions,makes me feel sorry for anyone who gets stuck taking our order. That being said, he was very patient and read our order back to us to make sure it was right. It took them awhile to make our food, probably about 20 to 30 minutes,but it was worth it. I would absolutely recommend this place,though it took our food awhile it was very good,you just got to make sure you have the time to wait for it. Can't say that I know authentic, but if it is,they left a very good impression.Dietary restrictions: They are very open to creating a salad for you if you would like,but I am unaware if there are low carb and/or gluten free options.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in the restaurant handicap parking right by the entrance. Little tight in the dining area but manageable.

I ordered through DoorDash. All I can say is -wow! This might be the best Mexican I have had in a long time. The carne asada plate was delicious, the asada perfectly seasoned. The chicken and asadoba tacos were amazing. So flavorful and perfectly cooked. Loved the habanero and salsa verde. Horchata was also delicious.

Like the food but seems like every time we go, they're closed. Typical restaurants find a way to stay open during business hours, just not a good look unfortunately.
The last two times we were there our food tasted different each time, same order, and our tacos were crushed with the side soup like a salt bath. Drove from Rigby to show up with 15 minutes to spare before closing, they already locked the door. I guess that's the last time they got any of our money or potential money.

I have ate here on several occasions. I always get their burritos. They are large & a great price. Quality of the meat is great & everything is always fresh/delicious. This has been my go to burrito spot in all of Idaho Falls & will keep coming back. Staff is always very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.
