Very disappointed! They looked closed and we had to call to see that they were even open. Walked in and there is no display and the kid that was in there was on his phone in the back. Was irritated that we walked in. And then they were out of all but two cookies. Sad that all he has to do is put the cookie dough on a backing sheet and he couldn’t be bothered to do that.

I walked into The Cookie Place with my sister. Was immediately greeted by the most professional and kind employee in Idaho Falls. We got a Twix and brownie cookie they were delicious, she most definitely made them. I wish we tipped her a 4th time. Girl with the jeans and the black top, you're the goat of the cookie industry. Thanks for the great experience.

Ran into this little place on a walk from my hotel. Bought red velvet, chocolate chip, sugar, chocolate salted caramel and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. All 5 cookies were pleasingly good. And the chocolate chip version's were and my favorites. Cookie Places like this are popping up all around the country, and this one was a pleasant surprise. The young lady who worked there was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this little shop if you are headed to Walmart or you are dropping by town. Grab a quick gift of a box of 4 cookies you you wont be disappointed.

Not only was the snickerdoodle cookie delicious, but Kimber was welcoming, knowledgeable, and told me she makes sure that all cookies are kept in stock until the last hour. (The other branch was out of three cookies and unapologetic.) Even though I came right before they closed, Kimber was welcoming and pleasant. And once again, the cookie was DELICIOUS. Thanks!

Best chocolate chip cookie in the area! I’ve been to many gourmet cookies places in Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah and while the Cookie Place is comparable to many of them with their variety of cookies, no place I’ve been to has nearly as good of a chocolate chip cookie as The Cookie Place! Love these cookies. They are obviously great fresh, but they are still good the next day. Good soft center, everything you’d expect from a tasty chocolate chip cookie, but large and gourmet.

Super awesome cookie shop!! There’s two really great cookie shops here in IF; The Cookie Place and Crumbl Cookies. After having both, I really can’t say which is better but Kimber at The Cookie Place gave excellent service and allowed me to take some nice pics of the store! Really great quality cookies and will definitely be coming back here in the future. The only suggestion I have though, is I wish they’d add maybe a little table and two chairs or something in the front and, at least, a little trash can in the front somewhere just for convenience! :)

Bought $13 dollars worth of cookies only to have the cashier put them in front of my three year old who immediately grabbed them off the counter and dumped them on the floor. I asked for new cookies and paid full price. Not blaming the store or cashier for the cookies being ruined but thought they should have at least offered me a discount on the second set.

I’ve been purchasing hundreds of dollars of cookies each month at the Idaho Falls location and the young lady today was rude to me on the phone and in person today. Samatha literally said she didn’t have enough cookies amd then she said this is the kinda thing you need to call ahead for. I did call ahead and she was rude and then I came in and she was rude. I also asked what amount of cookies she could do for me and she said I needed to call in. Won’t be returning.
