We just stopped in for food tonight - the food was exceptional, service was outstanding - the bartender was quick, efficient, friendly and checked in often. He was very engaging and friendly, and not intrusive. He was attentive and made fabulous drinks! I’ll be back for sure! Even the people in there to hang out were friendly and engaging, it was an all around fabulous experience!

For a "Sports Grill" that emphasizes their 18+ big screen TVs, imagine my surprise when I asked the woman behind the bar if it was possible to turn up the barely perceptible volume for the NFL playoff game between Cowboys vs. Packers and received the curt reply "If I turn up the volume people talk louder". Ummm...well, I thought this is a Sports bar and I came here to enjoy a burger, beer, and the only football game on TV . She rudely instructed me to sit in front of the big screen and made a production out of the inconvenience it was to pick up a remote and turn the volume up to the level a normal person listens to a game in their own home. The server was friendly, unfortunately the patty melt ordered well done came back medium rare. Idaho Falls deserves better than the Zone Sports Grill.

The waitress was not helpful but had fun with friends and many TVs to watch game. Wings were good. My fries good, my friends were ends of the fryer basket.

Food is always good here, but the service was really lacking with how slow it was - no offer on refil for sodas or water, not taking empty plates - and we got charged for double shot drinks when we never specified for doubles. This not only happened to us, but to two other people at our table, also. So just keep an eye on your receipts and make sure you tell them you only want a single if you do. Kinda sketchy to me to be charged like that when we never specified.
My classmates met at The Zone for lunch. I was delighted with the regular cheeseburger and waffle fries. The service was excellent and the food was excellent and I'm sure I'll go back again. The portion was quite large and my cheeseburger and fries fed me for dinner the next day as well so you don't go hungry there

I love this place but the last experience was terrible. I have never had this guy before and I regret ever coming. JR is the worst server I have ever had. The service by him was terrible. He seemed like he just didn't care to do anything. It took him about 30 minutes to take my order and then the time it took to receive my food from him was unbelievable and I didn't even get it from him. I'm not coming again if he's my server. He acts as if everything is an inconvenience.

Really appreciate The Zone Sports Grill for taking care of our large group having lunch during a sports tournament weekend. The service was friendly and professional, took care of everyone's orders and managed to divide out the tickets for each family. The kitchen delivered on our orders and we all left highly satisfied.
