This place was great and we're so glad we stopped. The coffee was wonderful, we got the Benny which was so good. We also got the ham and cheese croissant which was so delicious! We ended up going back the next day. The service is great and the place was clean and inviting.

Really love the vibe at Villa, any time that I've visited. It's spacious and allows you to have a good conversation at your table without feeling too close to the next group. The coffee is great and the food is really good as well. I've had the Lumberjack both times I've visited!

Underwhelming. The atmosphere looked inviting but the people were not. I wanted the experience to be good because Villa was the first place we visited in Idaho Falls. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the customer service and the quality of the coffee. I went with my safe order, vanilla latte with soy, which they said they didn't have even though it was on the board. My drink was not good. It tasted bitter. My boyfriend's coffee was subpar too. My recommendation, save your $5 for somewhere else.

Conveniently located on park avenue in downtown IF. Great selection of different coffee drinks and very affordable breakfast and lunch options. Staff is always friendly. The place is very spacious with lots of tables, lots of natural light, and tall ceilings. There's sort of a separate room with a couch that I have yet to figure out what it is for..

Good latte in downtown Idaho Falls. Nice service. Clean restroom. The larger open room could benefit from some warmer ambiance, but a welcome addition to downtown.

Legit coffee and a pretty decent size breakfast croissant! The barista was great and helpful and quick to knock out our coffee as we showed up right at opening. The coffe wasn't a burnt bean but a sweet and not to over powering hit that did not look too weak. Food wasn't too shabby and had way more meat than I expected. Great seating and vibe and good music to kick start the morning! Hope to come back if we are in town to nab another great drink!

Quaint little coffee house with amassive dining area tons of seating and amazing natural light coming from some massive high windows. Huge upside, if they could show customers who they are and what they are about. A couple of quiet customers scattered about, Selling coffee is much more than simply serving coffee. Guest need to be welcomed and helped as soon as they enter. Menu items need to be well displayed as well as good descriptions of coffee offerings. Bought a nitro cold brew cold coffee and wanted some kind of breakfast offering, treat, bagel, toast? some fresh Avacado slices or egg sandwich? How about a donut ? Pastry from Costco, anything! Ham and cheese sandwich? Why am I writing this? I owned and operated a coffee and sandwich shop many years ago. It's hard work to run a morning place. In this shop I witnessed a hard working person who was cranking out drinks with a smile but whoever owns the shop didn't armher with anything to offer customers. While sipping my sad coffee drink, I watched groups of people come in with smiles and expectations, but their faces quickly changed to confusion and disappointment. Advice to owner, train staff to say hi, and offer customers a special as they enter. (Owner) why aren't you there? First oneIn, last one out. Fill the front of your place with delicious goodies and at least a sign that says "welcome" create a Menu with your best creations and guide the customer to what you do best. Most popular drink or most profitable item. Just a few ideas. Like I said, this place has so much promise! Why am I not still in the coffee business? It's a hard life if you want to make money. Coffee is one of the most profitable things you can sell per ounce next to illegal stuff. You need to have a passion and you need to be at your place first in, last out. Good Luck.Hope to see you the next trip through town with all the amazing changes as well as happy customers with so much amazing product they have little choice but to try them.

I found this place on yelp as I was as passing by the town. I came here solely on the yelp reviews. I parked outside there's plenty of street parking. You all in and order your coffee and any food at the counter you get a number and wait. The place is pretty big inside. The bathroom was clean. I ordered a latte and a plain bagel with cream cheese. It took like 15 minutes to get my order. In my opinion that's really long for a basic order. I got my toasted bagel cut in half and cream cheese on the side. I'm not sure why a toasted bagel took so long. My coffee was burnt and butter. I got it to go so I did not taste it till I was in the car and did not want to wait another 15 minutes. I felt like I literally threw my hard earned money away. That is literally the worst feeling and it's a waste of coffee. I only gave it a 2 star because they didn't have a bad attitude and the bathrooms were clean.

Decent latte and friendly service. A lot of choices of drinks so I am happy to return. Good place to hangout but a bit dark to work. If you are in Idaho Falls, worth a stop if you are looking for coffee.

This coffee shop is in downtown Idaho Falls. It has a cute theme, I am assuming along the lines of Zorro, as it has on the menu "Don Diego" and "Elena de la Vega" bagel options. They are very busy, which is a sign of a good place... Their coffee was good. They have several sugar free options, which is right up my alley. They do not have Heavy Cream, only half and half. Overall, I would say it is average, and does not have the "WOW" factor (for coffee enthusiasts). I would not go out of my way to get my coffee here, however, if I am in the vicinity, I will definitely stop and have a cup
