Very friendly and warm staff. This venue is great for weddings and meetings. I photographed a wedding here and it was great. The lighting was good and the sound was wonderful. The decor was wonderful too. I also attend weekly meetings here and they provide all the sound instruments.

This place and there management skills are somewhat in the lacking of departments I called in and requested a price quote and then I was quoted a pretty high prize I had two other friends call in and get a quote and all three of us were given different quotes on the same exact room when I talked to the so-called manager about it he blocked me on Facebook and told me that he could no longer visit with me because he was in the process of having a child or something to that extent unbelievable honestly

We had our daughter's wedding, luncheon, and reception at the Westbank. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The improvements over the past few years are amazing: new carpeting, lights, painting, etc. It's a great place for reunions, weddings, and parties.

Went here for Eslabon Armado concert. It was honestly the worst night of my life. They had about 500 people in this hall with no A/C I looked at the thermostat and it was 85 degress inside. The concert was for all ages And majority were minors but they decided to sell alcohol and many of the adults were drunk so that combination was not safe at all for the young girls. We wanted to buy water and we couldnt because they didnt accept cards only cash. How the hell are yall not gonna accept cash KNOWING yalls a/c dont work and many people dont carry cash. I stood for 4 hours waiting for Eslabon Armado to come out by then I felt claustrophobic and it was sooooooo hot i couldnt breathe anymore. If your gonna have concerts here atleast have the proper HVAC system to cool that amount of people specially if your going to be charging $60-$70 per person. I wish I could get my money back. Its was horrible. This place is horrible get a bigger A/C unit to accomodate that amount of people or dont be stealing peoples money or selling that amount of tickets.
