Too bad the wings are good. Every time I get food from here there is something missing. When I went in and ate there I waited over an hour and a half to get my food after having to remind them I was there.

Ordered online got there when I was supposed to waited 20 minutes and they didn’t let me know my food was done horrible employees food was cold and disgusting do not go to this

First time visit.My son and I were hungry and looking for something different for lunch. We stopped in to this location to try it.The wait staff Nycole was very pleasant, kind and considerate. We bought two 6 piece boneless. One spicy one mild. Total cost for this basic lunch $27.00.This location wasn't busy at the time, it was after lunch. But there was a steady trickle of people, plus online orders where being expedited. That said, the wait was about 20 minutes. Not great, but not bad.We got our order at the table, my son's order was warm temperature wise. He's a kid so he didn't care. Mine was cold. Noticably cold. It ruined my appetite for wings.Nycole asked me if I wanted something else, but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for cold food so I politely declined. The fries were the saving grace, they were piping hot and delicious.That said. $27.00 for cold wings, from a wing joint and medium wait time has cemented my opinion to never return.It's surprising that they are busy considering they couldn't be bothered to microwave their $13.00 pre made boneless wings for another few minutes.P. S. Family, friends, and co-workers had warned me this place wasn't that great, but I usually like to see for myself.

Wish I could comment on the food, but we didn't even eat. The wait to get a meal was going to be an hour, due to the number of online orders that were coming in. Do they really not have a plan to take care of in-store customers in a reasonable amount of time? This was the first time we were going to eat there. Not sure we'll try again.

The food is sooo damn good hereBut from their opening day till now, the owner and manager of this store can’t figure out hiring.Called three times on Dec 14 at 5:15.First time. Picked up hung up.Second time. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. Probably forgot I was on holdThird time. Picked up and hung up again.Just really really bad service here

The service was great, and the tables were clean, but the food was gross. I came a few months ago and thought the taste was decent, so I wanted to try it again today since I was feeling fried chicken. I got the Louisiana Rub and Hawaiian flavors this time, and the taste was so bad. I couldn’t finish it because I felt sick after eating it. I regret wasting my money on a such a gross meal.

Thought would be a good idea to order a family meal on Friday night but we came to realize it wasn’t. Went to pick up our order and they missed three of our orders, so we went back and told them but they re-made the whole order and still didn’t add the missing order. So we told them AGAIN (for the third time and wait 30 mins before someone came to register) and they still didn’t get it right. Customer service was terrible don’t think we’ll be going back for a long time.Parking: Not a lot of spaces to park

All I have to say is if Tristan Doesn’t Enjoy Working then maybe he should go somewhere else?….I went inside in a great mood like usual & I never have a problem with waiting but he didn’t even Acknowledge Me Or Even Said Hi when I tried Greeting Him. He Seemed Very Annoyed & I didn’t want to bother him anymore but I needed my damn wings to continue my good day

I came into wingstop 30 minutes before closing and they did not serve me until 10 minutes before closing, and then proceeded to tell me that they will not serve me. I am hungry and upset. I drove over 45 minutes to eat here, for them to dismiss me with attitude.

Walked in the door at 11:19 and waited over 20 minutes for our food. The boss who clocked in at what appears to be 11:00 when the store opens, was served her lunch before the only two other customers in the restaurant. The wings ended up coming hot and seasoned great. But the boss still is sitting on her behind an hour later.
