Food- The pizza we eventually got was pretty good. I may have given it 5 stars if it hadn't been cut so horribly wrong. I think they started out cutting it into squares then change to wedges.Service- I have gotten pizza delivery in the past, but that's not an option any more and simply too complicated to fix online. I tried to order online and it wasn't worth the hassle. We went there to place an order in person to go. We were told 25-30 minutes. After much delay we deduced that they were having trouble with their ovens. It took well over an hour for us to get the food in our hands.Atmosphere- The two young workers seemed quite overwhelmed and the SUPER grumpy owner was there berating them loudly, talking about how much their food sucks and how his employees were lousy. They, the employees, were clearly set up to fail with faulty equipment and poor procedures. It wasn't just awkward it was unacceptable and I hope the owner loses the business to someone who treats people better.

Pizza & Cesar salad were tasty enough (all meat). Could have done with cheese over the top of the pizza to keep the toppings from falling off. Place could probably benefit from a good clean.

Definitely don't recommend the pizza factory. Especially tonight. Bunch of people in the back that don't work there, seen horseplay going on in the back and our food wasn't prepared correctly. Asked for a hot sub and it all came out cold. Definitely not worth the price. Work ethic and pride in work has definitely crashed.

Young guy working there showed more compassion to the Elderly than I have ever seen in my life! I'm not talking movies. I spoke to the manager on duty. After I was done, I said, he needs a raise and recognition! Nice guy, late teens-early twenty's.Parking: It was very small parking lot. You could only go one way and I was not from the area. I had a Small pizza too which is not an option under FOOD.

When you live in a small town people think local food is the best thing there is. This pizza is nothing special. It's honestly pretty bad. EVEN Little cezars is a lot better and way cheaper. Their calzones are not great either. People need to go to lewston and try any other pizza. I really hope someone opens a different pizza place here. Any other pizza place would outsell this one. They have way to many teenagers there. All they do is mess around. If you anyone is reading my review, please go eat somewhere else. Go to the food market and buy frozen pizza. It will be 5 to 10 dollars and way better. You can add more cheese and vegetables yourself to it. The health inspector needs to be called on this place. I did not see anyone wash their hands.

Pizzas are excellent. We just tried their taco pizza and added jalapeños. That just threw it over the edge! We will be back for that pizza! We absolutely loved it. Service was great. It was done as promised. Pizza Factory is a local favorite! It can get busy! We got lucky and was able to get our order in a timely manner.
