Over the years, this restaurant has consistently delighted my taste buds, with a particular shoutout to the outstanding street corn dip app. However, my latest experience left me a bit underwhelmed as the beloved corn element seemed to be missing, and the portion size was a mere two spoonfuls, priced at $13, with chips sold separately. Thankfully, the gracious staff comped the dip when they learned about our dissatisfaction. It seems a recent change in chefs may have impacted the dish's quality, leaving me hopeful for a return to the culinary excellence I've come to love here.

God awful place. Unless you're a tequila drunk, don't go! I'm not a drinker and the food was strange. Service was weird.

Disorganized Staff, Tasteless Food.We love Sun Valley and look forward to vacations here every year. This was a new restaurant for us that we tried. The entire restaurant was incredibly disorganized. Very loud venue added to the chaos. They served our burritos and part of our taco order before we even received our chips/salsa appetizer order. When we explained this to the person delivering the burritos he was shockingly rude and tried to push the food on us nevertheless, then after pleading brought out chips and salsa by slamming them down on the table?! The manager came and apologized but then even he did not understand what was going on, by later bringing a salad after we had already finished it. Our waitress was very nice but forgetful on several items and did not really help until we implored her to assist! Finally and MOST importantly, the food was terrible—tasteless, hardly any meat or fish, and stone cold (both meat and tortilla). The tortilla chips were stale! Not sure who is running this place but they definitely have a lot of opportunity to learn about Mexican spices and decent service. They did offer a discount on our meal which was nice and we appreciated it, but we’d much prefer a good meal with decent, organized staff on our holiday vacation.

I was looking forward to dinner when visiting Sun Valley at Barrio75, only to leave with a less than stellar dining experience. Came in around 5:45 on a Saturday night, empty (not a good sign). Ordered some queso appetizer, which was like warm and kind of chalky. The bag of chips and side salsas we ordered were much better and we snacked on those. Street taco prices at $5 are steep given what is presented. Mediocre plate presentation, flavor and toppings. My wife ordered the shrimp taco and got 2 small pieces of shrimp. Basically was a cabbage taco. We ordered cotija tacos which were again luke warm tacos with cold cheese. I ordered got a pork belly taco, which had zero flavor to it. Being a fattier piece of meat that typically has lots of juice and tender bites, this was overly salted and disappointing. Overall, we ordered 5 tacos, chips, salsa, appetizer queso and 2 diet cokes which ran almost $70. Spend your money elsewhere.

Seriously good Mexican food! Best in Ketchum. Homeade chips and salsa are amazing. Happy hour is fantastic.

Worst experience ever. We ordered the guacamole which ended having a long piece of Hair!! Asked for a new guacamole, looked like they just added more on top of our old one. Carinta bowl, lets just say I would have rather had chipotle's bowl. Rice was with to much water, beans over salty. Would not recommend, great location and beautiful decor but no thank you.

It’s not bad at all. We were there off season so it wasn’t packed. Guacamole was good. Not a fan of their salsa. The tacos were pretty good.

Our server was so sweet, but unfortunately we hardly saw her. I’m sure she was busy and not just ignoring us but it made the dining experience rough. The wait for food and service was nearly unbearable. The food wasn’t worth the price which was a bummer because we were so excited to eat here. I will say the guac was delicious but they don’t give you nearly enough chips and will charge you for more of them. The mezcal-Rita was pretty tasty too. Of the tacos we decided the carnitas and Barbacoa were the best. Definitely can skip on the pollo and classic taco.Kid-friendliness: The patio seemed like a great place for kids to be a little loud and not disturb anyone. But the wait times for our food and refills was the absolute opposite of kid friendly.

Loved this place. We were in town for the Rebecca's Private Idaho bike race. Ate here twice. The dip sampler was our go to both nights. The tacos are pretty small, but were good. The bowl or burrito is a better value. We made a reservation one night and the other we walked it. Virtually no wait. Service was great and very friendly.

We went last night and the food was awful. The chips were so salty they were inedible. Ordered the white cheese queso appetizer and again so salty it was inedible. We opted not to get cocktails as the food was so pricey. I ordered the crunch tacos and the shells were so stale and awful I asked the waiter if they could possibly get me some fresh taco shells. He replied Oh I am sorry Those are the only things we don't make we buy them from the store in a box. They make the chips so I am at a loss as to why they can't make a taco shell. My husband got 3 teeny tiny chicken tacos. The tacos had no salsa. I asked for a medium spicy salsa they brought me a green salsa which I didn't like. I asked if we could have a red salsa which came out like tomato sauce. We didn't touch either salsa and they charged us $6.00. Total bill $50 for inedible tacos and no booze. Absurd they should be ashamed of themselves.

The nachos are great. Home made chips with a delicious white sauce. If you like nachos try this place.

tacos are certainly not worth $9-$10.These specialty tacos were really expensive tacos and I can’t even say I liked the taste of any. Some tasted quite horrible. I want to know who came up with steak burger taco? Tasted like a cheap meal you put together when you run out of ingredients in your fridge. I didn’t try any of their street tacos to be fair, maybe they were good? I won’t be back to find outIt felt like they’re trying too hard to fit into the mold of an upscale taco joint. Paid way too much and left unhappy.

So tasty we came a second day. We are staying in the hotel and wandered in for happy hour on Thursday. The tacos were delicious! Carnitas, Cotija, pollo. Tasty drinks. Super crunchy salty seasoned chips. We came back on Saturday for a drink and more chips with guacamole. Had the churros too! One of the best desserts I've ever had.

32oz Tecate, chips, dips and tacos! Everything was great, and the service was on top of it.
