“My brother and I were in town for a long weekend of skiing and this unequivocally became our favorite spot. We came back multiple times. The beers were great tasting and the food we ordered was amazing. The tacos were terrific, and I highly recommend the brisket sliders. If you have room for some carbs the loaded baked potato and the Bavarian pretzel were most definitely worth it. Everything we had from the kitchen was prepared perfectly. Also the staff was both friendly and hospitable, overall a 10/10 experience.“

“Super cool spot! Beer, wine, ciders, kombucha. Very clean and modern "in an old building that used to house dynamite for the railroad.... Hence the name" - says the very nice manager! The upstairs is so cool and modern. They allow dogs downstairs. Can't recommend enough! Must go to spot in Ketchum!“
“I found my perfect pre-ski breakfast at Java on Fourth: a large "Bowl of Soul" and a bowl of oatmeal with steamed milk and bananas. JOF has set my expectations of other coffee houses so high that I'm bound to be disappointed from here on out. All I can do is dream of coming back to Ketchum and Sun Valley. I hope the snow will be plentiful next year, so I can return. To all of you locals, enjoy!“
“Wow, a friendly Mexican joint turned into a great experience here. Amy and Ethan took care of us like we were family. We stopped in for margaritas and a snack, and Amy ended up giving us their house-made guacamole and salsa to try with their amazing chips. She also gave us a sample of their Habanero hot sauce, and we ended up buying a bottle! Now on to the food and ambiance- we normally don't eat Mexican food, but we absolutely loved our steak quesadilla and the chips and salsa/guacamole that we had. The ambiance was lively, and everyone seemed to be having a great time in there. The restaurant was bright, not too busy (but not slow), and the food was quick. Service was also excellent. I'd definitely recommend coming here.“
“Loved this place. All the menu items looked delicious. We ordered the breakfast burrito, turkey club, chili, egg salad sandwich and panini sandwich. Great portions of food, fresh ingredients and my friends were raving about the fries. This restaurant reminds me of how Panera Bread started out back in the day. Fresh, delicious home cooked meals. (Unfortunately, Panera is not so good now.)Waitstaff are super friendly. The interior decor is cozy and I loved seeing the boutique type items for sale. Btw grab a bag of ginger snap cookies. Yummy snack on our plane ride home.“
“Scotty is the best barista around! They do a fabulous job greeting everyone and serving delicious latte! My kids always enjoy the hot cocoa with whip, marshmallows, and cinnamon sugar on top! “I love Peruvian food and the cleanliness of their restaurants.Peruvian chicken is made in a rotisserie and when ordered they tell you in advance how long it will take to finish cooking.Chicken is delivered on a nice looking plate, and it is fresh, hot, and moist.This is the exaxt opposite of most Mexican restaurants where the chicken comes from a steam table and is normally dried out and tough.Mexican restaurants normally just toss your chicken on the plate vs. look at nice presentations in this photo.“
