I love this place but door dash says they (cafe rio) don't allow special instructions on orders anymore which is disappointing since I have to carry an epi pen for a cheese allergy.

Most disrespectful people I have ever met. The food was all mixed together the guys were throwing food that was accidentally mixed in the ranch dip on the floor , they were trying to convince me of choosing a different meat all because they didn’t want to cook it. They were all very unprofessional and rude there was only one guy that actually made us feel welcome. Not being judgmental at all cause he was a very nice person but the one guy that we actually liked seemed like he was an abnormal guy. “Gay” We didn’t want any of our food we actually bough a quesadilla and even than than it’s going in the trash. The girl that was doin the meat was rolling her eyes. I’ll never go here again. I have pictures that I will report to the food department.

Awful experience, two times in a row now. Ordered online and Meal still hadn't been started 25+ minutes after the pick up time. They tried making it right by giving us our next meal free. The rice was undercooked and absolutely not worth the wait or headache. Hoped it was a fluke, so decided to order again online. Unfortunately this experience was much worse. 30+ minutes after the pick up time (about an hour after ordering) and asking the cashier twice for our order, it still hadn't been started yet. They helped and completed other orders from people that were coming into the restaurant but continued to ignore our requests for pick up. We left and got Wendy's instead. Long story short, don't order online. Or at all. But especially online.

Waited almost a half an hour for an online order! At the Kuna store you should just go in and go through the line do not use the online ordering at peak times. I do gig work and wait in there for a long time

For the love of all things holy. Why can't any improvements be made at this business? Went (again) today, after waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged we ordered steak salads, the manager shouts out that they are out of steak. My husband asked are you out or is it just not ready (there was some steak on the grill). She yelled at the employee that that steak was for a different order and she wasn't cutting anymore. The manager is literally one of the rudest people I have encountered. This is the 3rd time ai have left without ordering and feeling so sad for the two guys that work there. She is AWFUL to them and customers.Why is she so mad when I am just placing an order from the menu? Its so embarrassing.

I have waited twice on my orders now with no attention to my order. I even ordered ahead with the app and then wait 30-50min everytime. I will not go to this location again if we get Cafe Rio.
The food was decent and the staff ok but it was way over priced for what you get. They skimped on everything.

I was very disappointed in my experience this evening 1-25-24. First try to order my usual burrito with steak enchilada style with sour cream inside and out. First they had ran out of steak and had to prepare more, they asked if I wanted to wait i agreed. During this time the extremely rude manager treated the employees very poorly. Arguing and just making a scene. Another customer was waiting behind me and asked to have his meal prepared a certain way which the manager did not agree to and began to argue with this customer right in front of me. Well after waiting about 20 ish minutes still no update on whether or not steak was about done. I went back up and asked and was told that it was still going to be longer. I changed my order to chicken and asked for sour cream inside and was told no we won’t do that. At this point I gave up and got a refund for the meal I already paid for but never received. We have gone to this location several times and it just does not even remotely compare to the location off Franklin. I love cafe rio but this kuna location has major leadership issues I have never been treated with such disrespect at any food location.

They give sooooooo little food! We ordered from Uber eats and our food was supposed to have double meat double everything basically and it wasn’t even half way filled! What a RIP OFFF! Our salad was like $18
