I love happy teriyaki chains, but this kuna one has messed up on multiple separate visits. From burning tapioca balls and still serving them, forgetting parts of my orders, to have a lot smaller meat servings than other happy teriyaki restaurants.

We really liked this place already so when we noticed there was new ownership we were hoping it was still good and turns out it’s way better than before! The new owner is an executive chef and the difference in the food flavor and quality really shows. He made a big sacrifice to take over this place so please go support this local business owner ? you’ll want to have some leftovers for the next day!

Enjoyed Dinner at Happy Teriyaki tonight, and it was an excellent experience!The food was great and the service exceptional!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try them out sometime soon. We met the owner and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his business, from serving food, to straightening chairs and refilling drinks his customer service was excellent. I am so happy to have Happy Teriyaki in Kuna; my first two visits were for take out and the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! Today my friend and I ate inside the restaurant; the food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. This is definitely my favorite place to eat.

Absolutely love the food and the employees here! They take great care of their customers and unlike a lot of restaurants I’ve visited, the owner and employees take my shellfish allergy seriously and I never have to worry about cross contamination! Best restaurant in Kuna and the surrounding area hands down! :)
