Unbelievable. Closed at 6:45 PM with no indication. Cars were in the drive up lane waiting for someone to help. One by one they drove around to see it was closed. No signs on the drive lane, no notes on the door, just closed. I wasted 10 minutes waiting. Last night we stopped by at 9:10 pm and they were closed, with a sign that says open until 1:00 am.You may have employee issues, but at least put a sign somewhere in the drive up lane! We'll remember these instances when things get back to normal. FYI, Smokey Mountain Pizza, McDonalds, Wendy's and Panda Express are completely open and doing nice business within a block.. Frequent them.....

Ordered ahead and still waited ten minutes for my food. What is it with the fast food in kuna that they are slow.Parking: Lots of parking around this place.Wheelchair accessibility: Right up front parking for handicap. I believe there are two spots.
I placed an online order and arrived 15 minutes later. Was not greeted, had to get someone's attention. When I did, they could not find my order, I had to point it out on their screen. Then they started making it. 45 minutes from placing the order, girl put it on the counter but did not tell me it was mine, even though I was only a few feet from the counter. I had to look at the tag. I had to ask for sauces and the same girl hollered from the back "It's not my Job" I could not believe it. Got another person's attention and she said. "What's up?" She said she was the manager. I asked for sauces, and she said I was supposed to get them from the counter. I pointed out it was empty which is why I asked. Why order on line when it takes 45 minutes anyway and am told "It is not my job" to provide customer service.They weren't very busy either so really no excuse for 45 minute wait, being ignored, etc.

I am a member of the online order. It seems that this location is having issues with their internet as the system has been down everytime I have tried using it for the past 3 times. To many choices to give such bad customer experience.

On 2 separate occasions, I ordered the same item. Both times, I received cold nacho fries. I paid for an extra nacho cheese and did not receive it. I did the survey, and I did not get a response from either the Taco Bell via email or phone. Very disappointing....
We waited over 20 minutes for an online order. The lobby was closed, so we went through the drive thru and we were told to pull around and they would bring it out when it was ready. People came and went from the drive thru even though this order was obviously first. 5 items and 20 minutes later AFTER the time it took to drive there is ridiculous. Why aren’t the people physically there waiting priory? We are with a delivery company and will not accept from this location again. Also, no receipt was included and the food was falling out of the wrappers. We counted at least 5 employees working. Do better.
