Once you eat at this Taco Truck you will always eat at this taco truck and when you eat at another truck you will be comparing it to Victorias Tacos. I have been eating there since day 1 and it’s only getting better!
This place lives up to the hype! We aren't usually in Kuna so I did a quick search for food trucks and saw everyone's rave reviews of this place. We stopped during the lunch rush and still had our food in under 10 min. We ordered a burrito mexicano with barbacoa, 2 adovada tacos and 2 quesabirria tacos for about $25 (December 2023). We ordered some food to-go and were pretty impressed.The Burrito Mexicano was a fantastic combo of… well, basically everything you’d have for dinner. Beans, rice, carne asada, jalapeños, lettuce, cheese. All mashed into one burrito. Really yummy. Lots of flavor.The Sopes were good. I didn’t try them. But the feedback I heard was that they were yummy and on-par with expectations (which were high).Certainly worth trying if you enjoy authentic Mexican food.
