My three stars are due to the fact this location can be good sometimes, it’s just not worth the money to find out any longer-Usually I cut this location some slack. They are low on drivers and it can take quite a while at times. Most of the time, I give the driver their own cash tip and tip for my pizza when I pay online, for however that works to the store. More and more , I can’t imagine the employees any other way than back there having a grand time messing up orders purposefully, and putting out poorly made food.If you redeem a free pizza with points be prepared for it to be poorly made.You can get good food, occasionally… if you tip. That means don’t pay with cash upon delivery.This is my singular pepperoni stuffed bread, comical. But my pizza was so wet it was inedible. I tipped, I waited. I think I’ll be picking up from the Bryden location from here on out.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Had the district manager hang up on me when I called to complain about several different issues. Their delivery driver was being BEYOND rude. And the food was over done and tasted bad. I called their delivery a driver an *sshole when I complained. MY BAD. If you didn't like being called one dont be one or told your employees are being one then don't keep them. Simple as that.

I just want to give a huge shout out the the Main St. Dominos and their delivery driver who ate my food that I paid hard earned money for and to the guy at the store when I called and chatted with on the phone that stated he knew he took one but not another and sent it anyway. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do about it. Great Service Guys!!

Well I will never order again. I ordered a pizza. Driver called up couldn't find my house. He drove past it twice and I told him I couldn't walk out because of injury. He parked at my house and I yelled out I ordered the pizza about 3 mins later he drove off. So i called the store and got hung up on then when I got someone. They lied and said he would be back. Right when I got off the phone it said they canceled my order like 4 mins after he drove off... Don't order if you have a injury or disabled. They cancel orders alot there for no reason. 2 yrs back it happened for no reason when I ordered pizza for the kids.

Have ordered from her for years, My last order just killed me ordering again. Have had the occasionally late or mild problems with my orders and its been no hassle, sometimes it gets busy and that's understandable. This time was disgusting though, while having Covid and just wanting a pizza cause I couldnt go out, I was told off by an employee for the website not working and me not being able to get the deals yet, I still ordered cause i wassick and exhausted. I said contact-less delivery cause of that and even had a note about leaving on the back porch as I'd see them and the driver then refused to follow that demanding the person get it. Annoying but eventually, I could eat... Only problem is my thin crust was cooked to a burnt crisp and missing a topping to boot with basically no sauce. My other pizza was also messed up but I was more focused on the eyelashes in my pizza...I called, a manager said they'd put me down for a replacement while being flippant about it. I was already done for the night at this point and I thought "hey, maybe it was busy and the driver didn't seem all there. I'm sick and tired. Whatever"Now I call about it an the next manager just tells me they put me down for a "$5 coupon"... I'm done ordering from here, they've dropped in quality and topping quantity, I had been staying cause the price was great so I just added more toppings... but this rude and dismissive attitude from two employees AND two managers is beyond me. I recommend just buying ones from the store and adding your own toppings, same price, same amount of time, less hassle and rudeness. There are other places, so maybe only stop here if your desperate and also have a crippling gambling addiction.
Ordered some food and this is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money here

Would be a 5star but I ordered delivery and they didn't have a delivery driver or they just quite after I ordered my pizzas over the phone. Apparently people don't need jobs these days.

The late night manager was dancing so much he failed to notice that our food was burning. Threw it in the box and served it to us we didn't notice until we got home. Not even the dog would eat it!

We have ordered twice this year. Both times our pizza's were delivered over 2 hours. With our pizza's under the heat lamps for over an hour. The pizza's come dried out and nasty.
