Waited in line for forever no cars in line on other side. 1 car in front of me and when they finally pulled out they never did hand them a drink. So what were they just talking and making us wait. Then they hand our drinks to us tells us the wrong drinks as she handed them to us. Waited 20 minutes and drinks messed up.

I was in one of two vehicles in the drive-thru and the vehicle in front of me was taking a while at the window. I would've pulled around to the other window if I could, but I assumed it was just taking a moment to get their order out to them. Five plus minutes later, the car pulled away and nothing was handed to the person in the vehicle. They appeared to just be visiting with the barista. I really love the other Hot Shots locations, but this one unfortunately doesn't seem to care much for people's time. I understand being friendly and holding a brief conversation with your customers, but this was excessive and didn't appear to be a paying customer. I ended up leaving when the car ahead finally left and went to a different coffee shop instead.

Dutch fan here. Daughter likes you guys I gave it a shot. But ya see I'm a coffee lover... and yall use big train as your Frappuccino mix. Then I'm looked at like I'm crazy when I say put 4 espresso shots in it. And that's after the girl working the window couldn't tell what was what on the menu. Now I'll assume she's new. But will I be going back... no... if I'm going to pay $10 for a coffee it's going to be coffee.. not powder mix and milk.
